There was a coffee and tea station set up at the banquet room entrance, serve yourself and pitchers of water were on the table and offer refilled. For lunch we were served chicken cordon bleu, baby carrots, roll and butter and cheesecake for dessert. There is a lot of space to have tables set whichever way you want and the tables and chairs are nice looking and comfortable. There are a wide variety of menu options to choose from including some things that aren't on a typical banquet menu (like chicken souvkaki). Service from both the day of servers and the banquet coordinators is fantastic. Very communicative and friendly. One down side is that while there are signs by the various rooms for what the event is, I wish there was someone directing people when you first walk in, especially if there are several events going on. But overall, a great place to host or attend events.

This event was alongside TSE who brought some of the Bills players out for a signing. What a great experience. Overall this venue is extremely spacious. I was thrilled to hear about the mission of the owner and how through the venue it helps to support his non-profit, Wings Flights of Hope, which offers free air transport for medical/humanitarian needs. There weren't any apparently available seats at the set tables (it was hard to tell where people were sitting) so we ended up sitting at an unset table right next to the set tables. I was a little surprised that none of the servers seemed to notice that we had sat down and were eating but were missing many of the things from the regular settings. No one asked if we needed water or coffee, and we were completely skipped over when they served cake. In all fairness though, we did arrive an hour late and, with people mingling, it would be hard to know whether we had just arrived or whether we had simply moved from our table to chat with others. That single complaint aside, the food was good, the space was lovely, and the family members who organized the shower had nothing but good things to say about having had it here. (In fact, they had switched from another venue to this one.) I'm a firm believer in reviews that give you the big picture experience. And that I think that experience here is 5 stars. We had 3 salads , hamburgers and chicken breasts , a desert table and a cash bar with our package . Both, the inside of the facility and outdoors overlooking Riverworks were utilized that afternoon . They allowed us to bring our own lawn games and played some decent tunes while we socialized . I would think it would be hard to find a better atmosphere for a picnic than here . We are definitely going to use them again in the future - they have several options to choose from as far as catering goes . Check it out !

Not bad. Just nothing special. What always stands out here is the service. Today we asked one of the servers, jeff, if the coffee was ready yet. He said no but then reappeared a couple minutes later with a fresh pot from the kitchen. He reacted the same when someone mentioned (jokingly) they wished they had a mug rather than a cup he appeared again with a mug! This while also trying to set up service for about 20 other tables. The manager, Nathan answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with having our reception there! We met with Renee a few months before our wedding to pick out our menu- we went with the dual plate option, the filet and the chicken bruschetta. The day of our reception, everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food (the grilled cheese shooters were a hit during cocktail hour) and everyone loved dinner. My husband and I could not have been happier with the service we got and would absolutely recommend Michael's to anyone!!
