Regardless, as members, we can't but stop in when we're in Erie. The people there are all really nice and the atmosphere is fun. If you're hungry, just order delivery from somewhere close by and have it sent to the club. Once you're there, you're not going to want to head out just to get food. I was EXTREMELY UPSET and CONFUSED that I had a worker come up to me (out of the blue ) today and say to me that they are closing at 9 PM because "IT'S SLOW". I rarely complain, but to me that just seems (lazy) when people pay money and are using your games until close. Just let them play! Really guys an hour until close and you do that?

The main stage boasts the best sound system in Erie, with an array of seriously competent sound engineers to tie it all together. With their recent partnership with Voodoo brewery, they will be able to offer beer sales during shows, with it still remaining all ages! Finally- we have caught up with Ohio lol Never thought I'd say that. If you're in a band, however, don't expect to make any money performing here, unless you're touring or the host of the show, as margins tend to be very thin sometimes. Not a deal breaker for us at all, though! There is off street parking available but it is like a half block away. It's free though so that's nice.

When and if there are cancellations with concerts, usually they don't find out at the last second or minute. I get that certain artists/bands can't or won't show up because of the weather. I lived in Erie for awhile, I currently live south 90 minutes. My sister still lives in the heart of Erie. My husband bought 8 tickets to see Lou Gramm on 12/12/24. It's on his bucket list, and mine as well. Fast forward, weather emergency in Erie 10 days ago.... We get that happens. LONG story short we were told via the artist's email list that the concert has been postponed until early April (exact date not set as of yet). OK, cool.... Contacted Erie Events and no answer. They continue to update their page with "closed" or boasting new shows, yet cannot answer a question via Facebook. 4 days later, I receive a response saying to "please contact" a certain email address regarding my question. So, I did just that. 3 days later I get a generic response stating they cannot "confirm or deny" the show has been postponed or changed. Here's the deal... OUR group of 8 live over 90 minutes away. We ALL took at least 1.5 days or 2 off because of this concert. WE ALL paid for a hotel room. None of us are rich, we're simply wanting to see the best artist to ever live, Mr. Lou Gramm. We all need to cancel our hotel rooms (obviously) so we aren't charged for no reason if the show doesn't happen. I could go on and on. We saw Donnie Iris last May, we had an idiot spill beer on us who squeezed into the front row. It took security 3 songs to realize the guy was shouting "F" this and that. And, I think it was Donnie's crew who notified security, not them noticing there was an extra random guy screaming for no reason.....IN THE FRONT ROW. During John Mellencamp show we were not allowed to have the lids on our cups we pay top dollar for, just to be able to take into show. We were told that we'd "get replacements" at the next show because at the previous 'rap' show people tore the place up. A couple years ago Pat Benatar cancelled yet we were already there and only notified because of the lot attendant. A couple weeks ago Nitro Circus was cancelled. NOBODY knew until the time of the show. People waiting in line to get in. NOBODY notified until their not so wonderful staff posted a simple piece of paper on door saying it was cancelled. UPDATING the website would help A LOT. If someone is able to update that the electricity is out and posting new dates for new acts, then you can post for anything that is postponed or cancelled. I LOVE ERIE and Erie Events. I don't know if it is the new management or what is going on but personally, it's gone downhill, and fast. VERY disappointing. I will never try to take away the beauty of this place and what a gem it used to be. As of this date, 12/08/2024, I will never recommend anyone go there. I will also never purchase another ticket unless I know there is a change at the boxoffice.

Their clubhouse and meeting area is housed in a lovely well kept impressive structure convenient to everything in downtown Warren. They have a very good bar and their food services is also pretty good. But what is best about them, and I can freely say this as I am not a member, is that they contribute and do a lot for the community and the people who live there. Their doors are open on special event days like the 4th of July and for ever since I can remember have gone out of their way to host an event filled evening on prom night for graduating and other attending high school students.

However, if you ask a question or inquire as to why you didn't get what you paid for, they'll block you and / or harass you via PM then block you. We did ask why people were in our seats and what we could do about it. We were told "it didn't matter" where people sat, even though our tickets clearly were printed with our seat #'s. So much for paying extra for the VIP experience! Also, I inquired as to why other local bands don't get a chance to open for big acts, and was told the band that has done this (Co.Townes) "auditioned" for the gig. WHAT? The show was announced and the opener listed alongside the main act. There was NO open call for any band to audition. WHY? I'm guessing because one of the musicians is employed by the Struther's. We were in a group of 8 and 4 of us got shafted. Also, we saw the Gin Blossom's in 2021, same BS happened with the VIP experience. I did call before the ticket purchase this time and was told we could sit in our purchased seats. So, it wasn't like I was trying to lose out on $ or have another bad experience. And, during the Gin Blossom's show people from the balcony came down STANDING in the aisles, to where we had to actually stand up to see. I'm disabled and unable to stand for long periods of time. We actually had to leave because we could not see. The only plus was that the one girl at the box office was nice, as well as the security and ushers. I've contacted the local TV stations and one is going to do an investigative report on the operations of this place. I almost cannot wait.
