The wings were really good. There was ten large wings in the order. They were fried with a nice crisp but not crunchy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The wings was bathed in a bourbon BBQ sauce. I think it was just poured on versus being baked on. The sauce had a very mild BBQ taste with just a bit of spicy heat. The sauce did have a hint of bourbon style flavors but not have predominant. There was plenty of sauce in the bottom of the dish to add additional flavor to the large wing.

Coolest place I visited while in Indiana!…read more I took a tour of the Amish Acres and got to see how the Amish live and learned about their history! Walked through all there cute shops and bought some chocolate, beef jerky, jams and cheese for the road. They have there own sweet shop where they make fresh fudge, meat shop with their own beef jerky and freshly made cheeses, a variety of jams and jellies. I saw an Amish fellow transporting some individuals in his wagon/buggy and a peacock just wondering around the parking lot. I was very happy with my experience!

As a religious college professor and missionary, Keith and his wife, Ann, have had the opportunity to explore the world and share these pieces in their store. Upon first glance it appears that there is just one level BUT there is a basement and an upstairs to this store as well! You will find a ton of unique and one-of-a-kind antiques, collectibles, treasures, furniture, pieces, jewelry, rugs, pottery, art and vintage items from all over the globe. There are also paintings, pottery, and books available for purchase by the owners and their family. Additionally, there are many, many Icons that can be purchased here. Found is one of the only stores in the Midwest were you can purchase from a HUGE collection of Eastern Orthodox, Ethiopian, & Anabaptist Icons. It's fun to explore the store and find these spread throughout.

So much of their used vinyl is marked up way higher than it should be. It's become a fun "window shopping" record store for me, but it's very difficult to justify the cost when they are often charging 40-50% more than most other places for vinyl in similar condition.

The prime ribeye was too fatty, but the grilled chicken skewers were yummy! Everyone, the bartenders and hosts was super nice and friendly, except for our waitress. We didn't know her name because she never introduced herself, and from the moment we sat down, she gave us that look. You know the "I don't like you" look? Yeah, I know that look. So, about halfway through, I gave her the same look right back. After she served our food, she gave us a thumbs-up , as if we couldn't speak English or something. Let me make this clear: Yes, we are Asian, but if we go to an American restaurant, we 100% know how to order our food, communicate, and respond to our servers. She also didn't check on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything until we were almost finished. Then she came over and asked, "You okay?" It's not like she was a quiet or shy person, either. She was happily chitchatting with the people dining next to us. I told my husband not to leave her a tip, but he's too nice, so of course, he still gave her one. I do hope the manager sees this review because I think the rest of the staff deserves recognition. Everyone else was wonderful! Overall, we will come back, but if she's working, I'll definitely request a different server.

We were invited to their soft opening and were thoroughly impressed with the menu. I would normally give a new place a few months to work out the kinks before I tried their food and service. I'm not doing that in this situation. The food was good and the staff seemed to be up to speed. We were able to drive all the dishes on their soft opening menu and enjoyed everything except the dessert course. They're set up for family accommodations in the main dining room and I was very impressed with the over 21 bar area in the back of the house. Can't wait for the opening on 7/27 as it's a 10 minute walk from our house!
