This includes karaoke, happy hour, games like queen of hearts and bingo, trivia, and dances with live bands. They do things like basket raffles and POW/MIA Remembrance program ceremonies. The night I was there they had Garrie Woolery and the Backstage Pass playing, and they did an excellent job. People were out on the dance floor, and they were enjoying themselves. Veterans are treated like people and treated with respect here. If you are a military veteran and looking for a place to go to, then become a member of the Amvets.

I ordered it with scrambled eggs and the portion was so big that they covered the plate. It also came with two huge and thick sausage patties, seasoned home fries that were to die for, and an enormous pancake served on a separate plate. It was great and all for less than nine dollars. I haven't found any other restaurants that can beat this quality or the price. Oh, and the coffee is the best ever. All this is served by the nicest people you'll ever meet. You don't need to be a member to eat here. Everyone is welcome. Lunch and dinner is just as good or better.
