I have…read moreasked Wade to fix the damaged tiles, Clean off the thinset his guys got all over the out side of the house as well as inside. Wade Gibson does not clean the grout line before installing grout which has white thinset, and the clips in and just grout over it so when you mop or sweep the clean line exposes the chips, Clips and turns white. Mr Gidson will rewrite the contract at the end and upcharge you for 2300 or more because it took him to long. My shower has to be redone because the bed wasn't sealed and the material was mixed with the thinset bringing the clean look to look filthy every time water hits it. Beware oh this guy he has no LLC he is an inactive party and just carries the title . If I could post pictures I would post 287 of the worst job anyone who calls themselves a floor company could do and not want to fix. If you use this company you will see yourself in court. I have asked so many times from August-November to please repair the job and all I got was ( just throw a rug over it no one will see it).

As the night went on, the price was whittled down to a price that was too high for us. That meeting ended abruptly due to their last moment, extremely unprofessional tactics. Another company had reasonable pricing and a nice salesman, but the product looked and felt like it was plastic instead of stone. At this point we met Adam Nye at the Jettastone office and showroom. After reviewing their options and receiving a quote that was in line with our budget, we decided to go with Jettastone to replace our shower. Donny, Tim, and Carson, were all part of the demolition and installation of our new shower. They were extremely polite, quiet and very easy to talk to when I had questions or just wanted to check out their progress. When I made a late moment decision to add Jettastone material to the outside of the knee wall instead of me just painting drywall (thank goodness we made that decision!), it made for a bit more extra work, but they had no issues whatsoever. Any details that I was concerned with were addressed immediately (because they were well aware prior to me asking). We were informed in advance as to when they would be coming to our home, and they were always on time. Adam popped in from time to time to ensure we were happy with the product and progress, and we always were. For the price we were quoted, the look and quality of their product, and the services involved, we are very happy with the results we received from the Jettastone team!
