I have called Herman Singh many times, texted many times.. emailed many times.. and also tried to talk to his staff about files with buyers many times. This office does not call back, find reason to say they're "busy" or will "call back" and doesn't call back, text back or email back. Their goals are only for themselves not to collab with other offices in the real estate industry. Let me know how many times you can say you did everything by yourself and never needed to use anyone? If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. I can surely bet if they don't call back and service other vendors in the industry I can only imagine how they service a client that they mess up on?

They're open and are great at communicating with their clients. I highly recommend them.

He gave me the number of "Flo" his rental agent. I told her I had a little over a month to find a place but if we found one I would take it just for the peace of mind. In the 5 or 6 week period "Flo" contacted one, 1 time to see a place which fell thru and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to contact her to remind her that it was getting close to my lease deadline. MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION and ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the client WHO IS PAYING YOU A MONTHS RENT. I know it wasn't because of a lack of available rentals because as I was looking on various rental apps I've seen her contact info pop up several times leaving to wonder why I haven't gotten a call. OH, also, I'm writing this today, 8/28/18 which is the day I needed to vacate my old apartment and I haven't heard from "Flo" in weeks. HEY ED Ryan R. BUYER BEWARE! This…read moreproperty may look beautiful and seem too good to be true, because it is! I purchased all cash in October 2021 and have been having non-stop issues with the board ever since. This review is being posted in December of 2022, so come next election things could change. However, the current board is made up of two residents who have been running the property for about 6 years now in addition to two new people. The "senior" board members are using their positions to forward their own interests and do not care about the other shareholders. They bully and intimidate anyone who goes against their "status quo". I have been slandered to the community and ostracized for speaking out against the bad mortgage they just took out. I have also been cursed out more than once by a board member who repeatedly breaks the house rules as they feel they are above them. The board will actually go so far as to pass new rules without any input from shareholders when they see something they do not like. For example, the current president has an issue with retractable dog leashes, so he banned them. This place is in debt and the board has no plans to raise revenue or make any improvements that will raise this property value. The board have also been caught lying to shareholders. For example, the president told everyone in an open shareholder meeting on 9/13/1022 that the Town of Babylon denied our request for a private dog park. According to the town no plans were ever submitted, but if they were it would have been approved as other communities have done the same in Babylon township. I have this in writing. Save yourself the headache!
