My experience with Hano at AFN was awesome,the customer service AFN office provided me was second to none. I didn't think I would be able to apply for a home loan with my credit score so I contacted Hano. They got information from me and less than a week later I was pre approved. He went through my credit history very thoroughly, I didn't want to go house hunting and get disappointed later with a denial. To make a long story short the house I bought had issues from the seller and Hano and AFN stood by there word of not changing the interests they locked it in for me even though it was a almost 2 1/2 month escrow. All the staff at AFN helped me incredibly Morgan,Linet and Ramona were very professional and helped me along this house buying process helping with insurance and keeping me informed of any papers needed to make the loan process easier to get the loan complete. Hano! Hano Yadegar was amazing! In fact, when we buy another house, I've already told our realtor we want him to draw up everything we need. It was so smooth and even though there were a few hiccups (nothing to do with Hano), he and his team straightened them out and kept on it until the loose ends were tied. We really appreciate him as a very nice person as well as an efficient handler with our money doing so with integrity. I would say he's conservative in his dealings as far as wanting the best for his clients so they don't bite off more than they can chew.
