Also, having someone local is good because if you go with a place online, there might be time differences that make communication more difficult. Michael would tell you himself that our loan didn't breeze by his desk with no hiccups. In fact quite the opposite. However, the entire time I was grateful to a local lender who cared about our loan. I know for a fact Michael went well out of his way to make sure our loan was processed. It's likely your home loan will go super smooth.
