I have passed by many times however today was the first time I actually had time to check it out. Many different casual/dressy/athletic outfits. They also sell some accessories and have an area that has a lot of Florida teams/schools. The ladies were very attentive, helpful and friendly. I was able to take my time browsing. They have two spacious fitting rooms, they also informed me that they will be getting new items next month which is great. I found a cute top and dress which I wasn't even expecting but they were on sale! I will definitely be back here soon!

An associate almost ran into me and still didn't speak. Looked around for about 15 minutes; still no one spoke. I truly believe in shopping local and supporting small businesses. However, I will not support a business with poor customer service. I saw a few pieces that I was really interested in, but refused to even try them on because of the poor customer service. I'll try to find the items I liked online.

I've shopped online before, but since I was in Tallahassee, I had to stop in and see the store for myself and wow, I'm so glad I did! Walking into Sparkle felt like my own version of Disney World. The store is just as adorable as the clothes, and every detail is so thoughtfully done. The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming and Ruby was especially amazing! She was not only adorable but also so helpful, made excellent recommendations and made the whole experience even more fun. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family, not just a customer. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable, even offering a "dirty soda" bar, which is such a fun and unique touch! I love supporting local businesses, and Sparkle truly stands out. Huge thank you to Ashley and her team for creating such a beautiful, welcoming space. I'll definitely be back for more!

I went in to check out their recent end of season sale, and was immediately impressed with the personal service and advice they provided. With on-site tailoring and input on size, selection and accessories, I walked out with not only a top label suit, but shirts and ties to wear with the suit. Not to mention while there, a top 5 NFL draft pick came in to pickup his suit for the upcoming NFL draft. They treated me just as well as they treated him.

They charged the groom over $600 again for the suits even though we had fully paid in Tampa and it was marked as paid. Adam was a horrible respresentative from Nic's. Terrible company! In the end, they did give the groom back his money after going through the suit vendor. Do not do business with this company if you are having a wedding. They will delay your attire at the last minute. Poor customer service and definitely not the business they say they are.

At Nic's northside location, I was greeted and assisted by Greg, who was the first person in Tallahassee or Orlando who genuinely seemed knowledgeable about suits. The other associates there also offered helpful input during my visit. We tried on a few options but found the suit I ultimately purchased fairly quickly. Thanks to the gentlemen at Nic's, I feel completely confident about what I'll be wearing on my wedding day. It's definitely an investment, but if you're looking for a truly high-quality suit and excellent service, Nic's is the place to go.

I have outgrown the regular sizes as I have grown older and now frequent their Big & Tall shop. This is still men's clothes shopping like it used to be everywhere with a sales staff that knows their clothing and can make excellent suggestions. The personal service is why I shop here. They carry quality products and the prices are going to reflect that, but they have great sales several times a year when a new season's merchandise is coming in. I have picked up some great Tommy Bahama, Polo and other designer clothing at excellent prices during their sales. If you are not Big & Tall, you will still find the same great personal service and clothing selection at their regular size Nic's Toggery next door and downtown.
