I, however, ended up picking out only a blouse that was on clearance for just $10. At the cash register, I had to wait a few minutes while other customers were being served. The cashier spoke very nicely with me, greeting me and wishing me a good day. She made no mistakes with the transaction. I was asked to donate my rounded-up change to the Hispanic Federation charity, which appears to do good work but, based on your political views, you might want to look up before donating.

We saw their TV commercial the day prior, but this was our first visit, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The selection is outstanding--not just Steelers and Penguins gear, but merchandise for just about every Pittsburgh team you can think of. We ended up finding several unique items to bring home that we hadn't seen anywhere else. Even with a steady rainstorm outside, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. We'll absolutely make this one of our regular stops every time we're back in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommended!

This H&M is in a large physical space and offers a wide variety of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, and more for fairly low prices. As I walked around the store, I saw no employees, so perhaps they could do a better job of welcoming customers. I found a few tops that I liked--a tank top on clearance for $10, a sweater for $15, and another sweater for $8. The tags said that the clothing was made in countries such as Myanmar and Vietnam, which I assume have low-cost labor.

I was very disapointed in the condition of the store! The bathroom definitely needed attention, one sink had no running water. The bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. While in the fitting room, the floors were very dirty and dusty along with strands of dust dirt hanging from the ceiling vents. This store is packed with merchandise but DEFINITELY needs cleaning and attention.
