I travelled to Charlotte on business and visited Paul Simon. I shopped at Paul Simon about 5 years ago and was impressed with their staff and selection. I ended up purchasing a Corneliani suit and having it shipped to me after alterations. Chris was a big help and made sure the alterations were going to be perfect. This is a great store that provides top priority to their customers and does a nice job understanding exactly what you are looking for. I can send photos of the brands they carry and now that they have my measurements, I can easily have the goods mailed to me.

We both said thank you and started walking around. After about 5 minutes another customer came in and was helped immediately. He was just picking up something so it was quick. That sales person never looked at me. Another salesman walked in and said hello. Next thing I know he was straightening shirts. At this point my husband is fed up and ready to go. As we are leaving, we hear- have a good night. We would have had a good night if we could have purchased a suit!!!! Went to a different place ( MW are the initials) Greeted right away. The sales associate that was helping me was very professional and courteous. He explained that anything that I wanted if not in stock could be ordered and shipped to the store. The reason for the 3 star review is that the selection was poor and very limited for the men's and women's section. From the outside, it seems that there is a second floor but there's not. So I was very disappointed because the stores in other cities such as Chicago and New York have possibly 3 times the selection. This location does have Purple Label which is a plus, however I would like to see more selection in the future. Overall, I would recommend if you looking for something exclusive or need a more personal experience.

We went to Macy's and Nordstrom's to see if I could buy anything off the shelf.......nothing. I found Ole mason Jar Clothier online and walked the few blocks to their wonderful store. We were greeting by Brad and Filipe and explained my dilemma. Now think about this for a moment........I asked them at 11:00 am if there was any chance that I could buy a suit and just have the pants altered or pinned up for a wedding that was happening that day at 5:00 pm. The answer was "Yes, we can make that happen." I was shocked. Filipe asked what size I was and I answered a 46 regular........Brad looked at me and said put him in a 44 reg. It fit better than any suit I have ever owned. All of their clothes are their own brand and designed by them. Their material, stitching, and cut, were beautiful. I was measured and handed the suit back to Filipe. He bolted to the seamstress. My wife and I had lunch and the suit was ready in less that 2.5 hours. As one of my first experiences purchasing products from a business reopening during Covid I must tell you that it was such a grand experience. On January 12th, I placed an order for a bracelet. However, I did not receive any confirmation…read moreemail indicating that the item was not available at the store. I contacted Anitra, who informed me that the item would be shipped to the store and that I should call back on Friday, January 17th, 2025, to confirm its arrival. I called her on Friday, but she stated that the item was still delivered and that I should call back again at 1:00 PM if I did not receive any confirmation email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email indicating that my pickup order was available. I contacted the curbside number, and a different lady looked at the system but was unable to locate the item. I have been refreshing the website continuously, but there is no sign that the order is ready for pickup. As the day progressed, I called the curbside number again, which resulted in a 20-minute hold. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable. If I had been aware of this potential issue, I would have opted for in-store pickup instead. I am unable to wait this extended period for a pickup order, as this is a gift for my friend who resides in California and whose birthday is on January 24th.

We walked and window-shopped and made a few purchases while we were here. Spent a truly enjoyable afternoon browsing and enjoying this mall the way we used to when we were just kids.
