Lee took care of everything, dealing with the adjuster, getting something added to make it up to code and explaining the differences in the different shingles and being there every time I had a dumb question that I needed an answer to. In the end, we didn't just choose IBEX--we chose Ricky Kemple. Ricky was incredibly easy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice, outstanding knowledge, and true professionalism. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Our window was anything but simple. It had three sections with curved tops, so we knew it would take someone with experience to measure it accurately, order it correctly, and install it perfectly. Raymond, the installer, was nothing short of amazing. I was honestly nervous to watch because we have wallpaper and blinds that I didn't want damaged. Raymond carefully removed everything as if he were working in his own home. He was organized, meticulous, and took pride in every detail. His craftsmanship was incredible, and when he finished, the window looked absolutely perfect. He even cleaned up so thoroughly that there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. If you've been putting off replacing your windows, don't hesitate to call IBEX Windows. Ricky and Raymond made the entire experience stress-free, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them! IBEX Windows The Fernbergs

They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.
