Thankfully I did not need a root canal and saved a bundle of money. Then Dr. Kline put a crown on my back molar and also sanded down the upper tooth so my bite was right. Dr. Kline is down to earth, very approachable, and is outstanding in discussing what is needed, and what may not be needed in dental treatment. He is outstanding in being sensitive to whether the patient feels any pain. He is very, very careful and pays attention to the patient, in order that the patient is not experiencing pain and when he worked on me, he pulled away when he could tell I began wincing and one time during the procedure he asked me if I wanted to "be numbed", or if I was going to be okay; things like this. He also is very good at understanding what you say when your mouth is full of dentist tools. I just really felt this is such a special, caring place. I have recommended this dentist to people, already.

The dr. then proceeds to tell me I had 7 cavities that need filled and that I would have to come back for a follow up visit in order to get those filled... So I left there and decided to get a second opinion because I did not have any sensitivity or pain... I go to my wife's dentist who proceeds to tell me that I had zero cavities and he was trying to scam me. I have been back to her office four times since and neither time has she said I had a cavity... my family really trusted this man for a long time prior to this visit. No one in my family uses him now because of this... if your desperate for money, maybe you should find a new profession... Dr Lazarow can not be trusted.

BITEWING TORTURE DURING X-RAY - Pain was inflicted in my mouth during a routine x-ray for cleaning…read more So I refused the x-ray and requested just cleaning. The hygienist went to the Dr. Lee to inform him about my refusal to be x-rayed because of the pain. Instead of asking her what size she used he denied me service. I've never experienced that kind of pain during any x-ray. There are multiple sizes used for that type of x-ray and the largest one was used in my mouth. I believed it to be intentional. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went to Great Expressions and the dentist told me that was unnecessary. Only needed a crown and some fillings done as of now. I appreciate the honesty and ethics in this office. The assistant helped me understand each procedure before starting it and explained the costs, which helps me budget my dental work. Both the dentist and the assistant are very sweet and funny. The front staff is really kind too. I called for my first appointment and they explained their procedures. They're also very kind during the checkout process. Overall really glad I found this place. I know I need a lot of dental work done so being able to afford it and having them work around my schedule is very helpful.

This wackadoodle dentists destroyed my mouth and my trust in dental professionals…read more I came to him as a new patient and was mind blown in the lack of time and dedication put into what he considers a cleaning. Literally in and out of the exam "room" in under 5 minutes. Was informed I need a filling on tooth 15 (let me add, this tooth had been broken for almost 3 years prior, and I had been there for TWO cleanings before he ever mentioned a filling being needed.) Came in to get the filling done which took all of 10 minutes( numbed, prepped, completed)When the numbing wore off I was in more pain than giving birth to a child. I called the office, was offered an emergency appointment that day but didn't want to pay the cost of it so I said I'll schedule for a couple days out. Give it time to maybe hopefully ease up. A week later and I blew up. My mouth wasn't getting any better, matter of fact it got worse. Taking Tylenol every 4-6 hours and an emergency appointment at a new dentist. It was discovered this doctor destroyed my tooth, packed it with filling material and left a bite hole on the side of it. Leading to the tooth to become infected and now an oral surgeon appointment. Save yourself the pain, and most importantly your teeth.
