Ended up taking my grandmother to Jennifer Jerome on brown street. Amazing place. Coincidentally, they tried to get my grandmother's records from 2K dental and they would not release them. I went to the Next Door app about a month ago because I desperately needed a good local dentist. So…read moremany of the responses recommended Norton Family Dentistry. I went in and was initially impressed with the front desk people. They are so pleasant and not staring down their nose if I worried about paying for the service. First, it was so much less expensive than dentists I called to have a single tooth pulled. I was never left alone and the person (I am horrible remembering names but I will never forget how awesome she was) that stayed with me and took X-rays made a calm happen right away. I say that because I do not, or I should say, did not like dentists or doctors in general. But....when the dentist came in, he treated me like I've been there a thousand times and calmly suggested a treatment plan. I feel like a turn coat when I have to admit, there is a dentist that I trust....like immediately. The treatment plan could have included expensive root canals, but the Dentist explained the best course of treatment, far less painful in my mouth and wallet. So thank you everyone on the Next Door app and i hope this review helps someone find a good local dentist if you are anywhere near Norton, Ohio. I found my new Dentist.

For years I was thrown under the bus by another local practice and Dr. Badwei was extremely thorough and I honestly didn't even feel the Novocaine shots, and I'm terrified of that most! I was very impressed with all of the Certificates of Degrees in the dentistry and sedation practice, he is a very highly educated and you can tell by how thorough and meticulously he worked on my teeth! I was in danger of losing two teeth and I KNOW that any other dentist I've been to wouldn't have saved them, or would have even of cared enough to have tried to save my smile. Dr. Badwei is really the best dentist I've ever been to! The office staff is really friendly and so are the dental assistants. I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand,no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues -all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.
