This location always gets it right for me! The wings are always a natural size. The flavors are on point. I get hot lemon pepper. When j ask them to fry the wings hard, they listen. Upon entering I could already tell that there would be an issue. The gentleman before me was ordering and the lady at the counter had an attitude with him. I was able to order with another young lady started off good, but that was short lived. I got my order and it was wrong. I asked what the flavors was because I couldn't tell just by looking so that I could double check the order that I made. She said she didn't know what flavor it was and the other lady chimed in and said it was mild (which I didn't order) I explained to her that it was supposed to be Garlic Parmesan and she just looked at me while I looked at her to offer a solution then finally she just said sorry with a shrug. No I can remake them nothing. I was too frustrated and tired to demand that the order be remade so I just left. Then I get home and she didn't put all my dips in my bag. I truly do not understand the lack of customer service and accuracy with orders. Very disappointed we don't have American deli where I live and this just ruined the experience for me. read more

When I'm Atlanta I get wings at American Deli. My go to order are the hot lemon pepper wings! Quick service reasonable prices. I would like to see them add condiments and napkins to take out bags. Pro tip: mix the lemonade, peach, and fruit punch together! It's super refreshing. read more

And no masks. They did have the plastic barrier. Not my favorite location. The cashiers at Stonecrest are much nicer. read more

The food is good... However the customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a to go order on the phone. It took me 30 mins to order because the individual on the phone did not understand English fully. Once I arrived my small 1 meal was incorrect. They did not give me my drink and forgot my shrimp fried rice. When I informed them (they tried to charge me extra). I am assuming my order was wrong because of the language barrier. When I asked to speak with the manager the young lady at the register informed me she was the manager and the owner would not do anything because the person who messed up is their nephew... Sooo here is my Saturday afternoon RANT! Lord, the children in American Deli just saved the chick behind the counter. I've been going to that American Deli for almost ten years. Recently it changed owners as the couple that owned it sold it after the husband was shot at the check cashing spot next door. I could TELL that it changed owners as the employees are now young and EXTREMELY ghetto. Today I stopped in and ordered a deli combo which is a salad and wings. When it came, I asked them when did they start putting a salad in with wings as one is hot and the other cold. It was always in two containers. Welllllll the little RATCHET behind the counter who I guess supposed to be the one in charge, says to me, "You ordered a deli combo and so it comes in the same container." I asked her for a separate one for my salad and she says, "That will cost .50." I said I wanted my money back and she said, "We don't give refunds." It took everything in me not to call her everything but the child of God. She was already being unprofessional when I walked in as she stood around eating Smart Popcorn behind the counter ass while waiting on customers. II HATE GHETTO ASS BAD SERVICE. read more

This use to be the spot about 8 years ago. But as the years pass by and the score lowers so does the quality of food. I might have to just take that trip to American Best Wings in Columbia drive. I got a mixture (15 piece) of mild and honey garlic. My wings were so crispy the sauce could barely stay on the wings. I asked for the wet but of course they didn't make them wet. This place was horrible, the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease or it was previously cooked, then reheated. We waited so long for food that lacked taste and appeal. We were not happy with the food that we received, I bit into a wing and it was very much pink on the inside, my soda was flat as well. It's sad that we were not able to get a refund for nasty food. The food is always on point but the service is terrible . As of now, I'm done with this American deli location and am looking forward to trying other locations . On the last three occasions , I've receive less than acceptable service and have even been disrespected by the front of house staff. The first time , there was a new cashier taking orders. She didn't show patience with my grandmother to assist with understanding the menu and when we paid for extra sauces , she dropped the change in her hand. The second occasion , there was an issue with gaining a receipt with the young man cashiering in the front . He even forgot to give us our card back . Once we asked for a receipt, he got frustrated and proceeded to talk about quitting . I guess it's true that if you cannot take the heat , you should get out the kitchen . On the third occasion, i wasn't even able to place an order as there was an altercation between ( I'm assuming ) the head cashier and a customer . Instead of listening and honoring the customers request , the woman cashiering proceeds to argue and give the customer attitude , escalating a situation. I didn't stay to see how it ended but i can assume that it wasn't pretty . I always say , if you don't want to do a specific job or aren't in the best of moods , do not come in to the job that day or find another one . Having an attitude with the customer is counterproductive. Hopefully management changes or they fire all cashiers and rehire better people . Until then, i will eat at Atown wings. read more

We were traveling back to VA from Alabama . Stopped for gas and wanted to eat at local non chain restaurant . The philly steaks were really good and big ! Friend had the fried fish and enjoyed it.
