Left us and our vehicle high and dry. When we called the office, we spoke with Ruth and Jose. Their customer service is about equal to their tow service - NON EXISTENT. These two are an absolute joke..........if you want to speak with two individuals who could truly care less, then these are your kinda people! No one in the management/ supervisor positions were informed on what was told to me by other management supervisors. So when I was given approval for something , the guy who gave me approval back stepped, and told his bosses that he told me something different. It was all a very sketchy encounter. I was very disappointed in the over all structure and ethics of the company.
