No luck, he put a regular window in and put sticky film to make it not see through! Not acceptable! They won't fix it! SAY NO TO DABELLA!!! BAD NEWS!!!!!

However, they advised me they were booked until after the new year. I settled in to having to wait a couple months longer. Much to surprise, I was called a couple of days ago, and told they had a handyman that could fit me into his schedule. I hoped I was getting a good one, as he was going to be cutting a hole in my outside wall. Well I had nothing to worry about, as Michael did an outstanding job. I could not ask for better. It ran over the time a bit, but there were a few unforeseen complications, which is always par for the course on many projects. Also, I never took the dog door kit out of the box from the company I ordered it from. That was my bad, because I had a long discussion with the representative when purchasing it. It was about the height I needed to order. She insisted I needed a larger one from the the measurements of my largest dog, than what I was planning to order. It turned out to be much larger than I needed/wanted. It took Michael some creative cutting off of trim on the outside wall to make look okay, along with moving things within the wall that were in the way when cutting through. It looks and works perfect and the dogs and I are very happy that it is completed! Thank you, Michael, and Handyman 101!

Center Brother construction installed a whole new roof August 2012. Replace rotten plywood,…read moreinstalled skylights, and two sun tubes. All seemed to be good until it leaked the following winter. Roger the owner said we weren't keeping the roof clean enough. So up on the roof at least every month or two to make sure all the gutters were clean and blow roof and seasonally put moss killer on roof. Every year the roof would leak, and I would call. Rogers company. The last time they were out was 2016. They stated the leak was due to moss, leak around ski light (which never was) the flat roof (older mobile home) 2017 I called Roger and he said he was no longer in the roofing business. 2022 I had another roof company come out and they replaced the bottom 2 row of roofing on the west side of the house. Had the same company back out in 2023. They finally had to remove the whole west side of the roof and the roof cap to repair the roof. Replace rotten plywood due to poor workman ship. I did contact Roger after the final repair, and he blew me off. Finally, a water free home after 11 years and another $8k for a 30 year roof that was installed incorrectly.

I have serious health issues so I have to push myself to be ready at the scheduled time. It shows a complete lack of respect and disregard for his client when they're left waiting and wondering if he'll ever show up. His prices are fair, he's friendly and knowledgeable but needs to work on keeping his word and actually showing up. I had to pay another contractor to finish the projects.
