This company seems legit, however, when my dog was to be trained, they use a choke collar. which is fine but he had a previous training injury prior to me adopting him I think. He just cannot wear a collar of any kind or he chokes because he pulls (husky). The trainer told me they would go easy and it should never actually choke them because it is a quick yank and release and the owners son was every good with being careful.
On the 3rd visit we looked at other options but he was still wearing choke collar for training. The owner, Melanie, took my dog to walk him and did some commands then she started talking to me and was not paying attention and turned or something and he jumped to move, and she panicked and yanked the leash up above head and yelled 3 times yelling no, no, no! and hurt my dogs sofia's. I told her then that she hurt my dog and she denied it. she said he was going to bite her. My dog is so chill and would never do that. Anyway, that night he coughed and choked all night. would not eat or drink and just laid around. I called he to let he to ie and she did not care at all. She said I have been doing this for 40 yrs and I did not hurt your dog. she did. I told her I was not coming back. She said she would return my $. A few days went by and his left ear started to droop and his head was turned slightly sideways and he was not eating and fri king for a week. I called a vet and have proof that he may have damage to his asofigas and needed x-ray with sedations, pain pills, and a scope.
I told M lady these things and she said she did not hurt my dog. Now she won't even give me my $ back nor return my calls. Be warned. They do not care about your dog.
