The supervisor and sales rep have both been to my home to verify the incomplete work. technician also blew insulation to my drip pan which a backup in my A.C. drip pan which eventually leaked into my master bedroom and made the ceiling claps. They have returned to removed the wet insulation which is still in front of my hose since 9/16/21 and remains there to this day. Did they do a great job blowing an insulation? Yes. There's plenty up there. Unfortunately, they…read moredid not know what they were doing because the baffles were not wide enough to be stapled correctly and some of them were stapled to my roof and not the rafters upside down! Now all of them have fallen over. I don't have any air flow in my attic so now it's too hot. Their sap coming out of the wood and can cause some cracking! They didn't know what they were doing and so now my attic is a mess. I've called this company multiple times to come fix this, and the story is sure we'll put you on the schedule! And the magically when I call, they don't see me on the schedule. So no, these guys don't come out on the weekend that's the story they give me! Don't hire them. They didn't do a good job and so now I'm trying to get this fixed so my attic isn't destroyed.
