Melanie is not only an incredibly skilled esthetician, but she's also part therapist, part comedian, and feels more like a trusted friend than someone I see for appointments. Every visit is something I look forward to. What I appreciate most is her honesty and integrity. She never tries to upsell services or products you don't need. Instead, she takes the time to understand your goals and gives realistic, honest feedback about what kind of results you can expect. In an industry where sales pressure can be common, that level of transparency is refreshing. Beyond that, she's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. My skin has benefited tremendously from her expertise, and I trust her completely. If you're looking for someone who is talented, honest, and makes every appointment enjoyable, Melanie is the best.

We chatted a lot during the service and she took her time which I appreciated. They were also kind enough to squeeze me in for an eyebrow wax and tint. Tiarricka was my student esthetician. She was really lovely and professional. She explained each step of the tint process and made sure I liked the final outcome. Her set up was also very pretty with welcome snacks and great aromatherapy!! I definitely recommend you book an appointment!

Why schedule me at 8a then tell me sorry we were having a huddle. She did the whole car salesman spiel and I fell for it hook line and sinker. Then she told me I couldn't get in until mid June. I said we'll ok then I will wait and call you back. She said oh wait I can get you in next Saturday for 45m. I said fine thats great. Wait all day for the appointment, get there and then they tell me I'm not on the schedule and they cant fit me until mid June. Pretty convenient now that you have my $14k in hand. What a scam! My freckles sloughed off and the capillaries in my face have lightened significantly. This is a no frills laser spa, but the price is fair for what you get. IPL sessions are fast, but again, no frills. Personally, I don't do them for a heated flower and water filled pillow, spa towel wrap, soothing music, scented air and dim lighting. Those things are nice, but I want results. Holly gives me great results. Not having all of the froo froo stuff, but paying less than places that do? Works for me! Hollly's experienced and very knowledgeable. My results were better here than at Ann Webb spa, if that tells you anything. They also offer a variety of other services, like injectables, cool sculpting, yag, etc. Be sure to request Holly and you won't be disappointed. One more thing, the salon can be hard to find at first. It's on the second level of the shopping plaza, next to a tattoo shop.

TL;DR: they burned my face, buyer beware…read more I just had my final treatment on most my package and left with 3 very visible burns on my face around my lip area. I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. I go on holiday in a few days and will be out there looking crazy with my scarred face. If you're a person of color I strongly suggest that you find a technician who has a similar skin tone as they will probably be more attentive to your skin's needs and limits. See photo.

Bri, the assistant manager, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive atmosphere. You can tell she truly cares about both the clients and her team--everything felt organized, smooth, and thoughtfully handled. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. Chyna, my aesthetician, was equally amazing. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never felt better, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Both Bri and Chyna exemplify outstanding service and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough--this was truly one of the best experiences I've had.

I was also always left incredibly bruised afterward, which honestly made me not want to have any more work done. After many hours of research and reading reviews, I finally decided to give SkinSpirit a try, and finding Crystal has been a godsend! Now that I'm nearing 40, I am SO glad I finally found someone I trust with my face! I've seen Crystal several times now and have only had two tiny bruises, which has been incredible compared to my past experiences. Her expertise is obvious, and she has truly made me feel years younger with her work. Most importantly, my results always look natural, which is an absolute MUST for me. I want to look refreshed and like myself, not like I've had work done, and Crystal completely understands that. I've seen her for both filler and Botox and have been so happy with my results. On top of this, I have found the prices to be VERY reasonable and way less than what I have paid in the past. On the rare occasion there was an area I felt needed a little improvement, Crystal never hesitated to help make it right. She's a perfectionist like me, so I always feel like I'm in good hands! She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your results. Beyond being incredibly talented, Crystal is gorgeous inside and out. She truly cares about her clients, not just about their treatments, but about what's going on in their lives, and I always enjoy seeing her! I seriously can't recommend Crystal enough. I'll definitely be sending my husband her way and spreading the word to anyone who needs a little refresh. I'm so grateful I found her!

Dallas in the Round Rock location knows her stuff, and is extremely professional and thorough. I know I'm in good hands at Alite & with Dallas. I've visited for laser and electrolysis. Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde). If you're looking for great results, thorough education and treatment, in a clearly safe/sanitary environment - this is the spot for you.

Unfortunately, my experience here with Fairy was very different. There was no proper assessment of my skin to determine the appropriate wavelength or energy settings; I was simply told a "medium" setting would be used for a first session for safety. The treatment itself felt rushed, and during the session I noticed that some areas were being missed. Although I shared my past results, I was told by Fairy that IPL can't remove dark spots or freckles, which contradicts both my experience and widely available information about the treatment. After the session, I didn't experience any of the typical post-treatment reactions, such as redness, and I saw no results in the weeks that followed. Overall, this felt like a combination of outdated equipment and limited experience with delivering effective IPL results. I wouldn't recommend this spa for IPL.
