I bought my son a car, and the driver's door handle didn't work properly. Very quickly and emphatically, I was told it would be "fixed at no charge, piece of cake, even if it cost $4000 because that's how you get repeat customers." They would order the part, and call me. Had I not been promised this, I might have looked for another car, or negotiated for a lower price. But they were quite convincing. Never did get that call. I called numerous times over several weeks, and got the runaround. I was finally appeased because I wasn't going away. They took the door apart, then said they couldn't fix it because they'd have to take out the window, and they weren't skilled at that. They "greased the handle up real good," and said it was better, but it was not. When I asked for the part, turns out they didn't even have it, so clearly, they never had any intention of fixing it. Also, I have yet to receive the title for the car, which they assured me was a clean title, but I now have my doubts about that too. To top it off, the car had a headlight out which we didn't realize until that evening, and I got no response when inquiring about that as well, and that would have been a simple, cheap fix that may have lessened my disappointment in the whole experience.
Also, the name of the business is misleading--they only deal in cash sales.
