They oversold the plane, asked our flyer if he would delay his flight because they overbooked the flight. He wasn't able to because he had to be back in New York. At that point she became rude, amd started carrying on a snarky conversation with another with a another ticket checker. She said in a snarky tone "since no one is volunteering 3 of you will be kicked off the plane anyways so you wont have a choice." We weren't flying only our oldest son was, so my wife asked how they choose who gets kicked off, and the lady defensively says "I dont make that choice, its random". My wife asked how they allow the flight to get over booked? (All this was because we were trying to figure out if we needed to stick around if he was at risk of getting kicked off.) Again defensively she said "I didnt oversell the flight." My wife was not rude or attacking in anyway, she was just trying to figure out how things work so we knew what we needed to do. My wife finally said this time finally matching the snarkiness "wow, i hope you had a good holiday" to which the lady replied "I hope you have the day you deserve". You could tell she was sitting on this very unoriginal response. She probably uses it several times a day with all the people who match her tone. Seems she has the day she deserves daily. I get this lady probably deals with aggressive people regularly but she needs to read the room on who is being aggressive and who is trying to understand something. The front desk is not where she needs to be, as interacting with the public is a strength of hers.

Seriously this dude talked loudly non stop. He was elderly so I cut him some slack, but damn - I wanted to stab myself in the eye it was so annoying. As our plans evolved we had to call them to change some of the details at least 3x, and every time they understood and were willing to work with us and our needs. The driver that was assigned to our event was very professional and understanding when, despite our best efforts, everything didn't go off as planned. one star is generous. I needed to rent a vehicle for the…read morefirst time in my life to travel across the country to New Hampshire for my uncles sudden funeral. The pick up was fine, i was given a key and sent out the door to find the car. During my drive the vehicle felt very unsafe, it was a very rough ride. Once 1200 miles away I was pulled over and then found out I had expired tags. So I called moline where I rented the vehicle and was spoken to with such disrespect it was insane. I was told it wasn't her problem and I needed to find one near me to deal with this issue. When I asked why they let vehicles leave with expired tags she told me it wasn't their job to keep track. So I tried to call the nearest location to me, it's over an hour away. All numbers were unavailable and I could not reach them. so I called corporate, I spoke with 3 people, then was told this was a roadside issue so they transferred me to roadside. which is with a company that isn't even budget! So I was told I needed to pay for the vehicle to be towed and then figure out how to get an hour away to the budget here to get a new vehicle! How the hell is this customer service? How is this even legal! Don't rent a vehicle from here.
