We had to spend the night in an airport, the food vouchers they gave us were not accepted, they lost our luggage, they didn't have anymore flights to Key West so we were forced to fly to Miami and pay $400 in cab fare to get to Key West because there were no rental cars. We didn't get our luggage u til the next day and they were t going to deliver that u til I called and demanded it. The only thing they will offer us is $125 voucher toward our next flight which is exactly what they offered is on the nightmare trip to Texas 6 years ago. I was never in contact with an employee who appeared to like their job either! Please stay away from American Airlines!!!!!!

My gate checked bag was scanned again when I left it on the jetway. My gate checked bag is now tied to my reservation and accountability will be greatly improved as will the ability to track handling timing I'd guess. Thanks, Delta.

They oversold the plane, asked our flyer if he would delay his flight because they overbooked the flight. He wasn't able to because he had to be back in New York. At that point she became rude, amd started carrying on a snarky conversation with another with a another ticket checker. She said in a snarky tone "since no one is volunteering 3 of you will be kicked off the plane anyways so you wont have a choice." We weren't flying only our oldest son was, so my wife asked how they choose who gets kicked off, and the lady defensively says "I dont make that choice, its random". My wife asked how they allow the flight to get over booked? (All this was because we were trying to figure out if we needed to stick around if he was at risk of getting kicked off.) Again defensively she said "I didnt oversell the flight." My wife was not rude or attacking in anyway, she was just trying to figure out how things work so we knew what we needed to do. My wife finally said this time finally matching the snarkiness "wow, i hope you had a good holiday" to which the lady replied "I hope you have the day you deserve". You could tell she was sitting on this very unoriginal response. She probably uses it several times a day with all the people who match her tone. Seems she has the day she deserves daily. I get this lady probably deals with aggressive people regularly but she needs to read the room on who is being aggressive and who is trying to understand something. The front desk is not where she needs to be, as interacting with the public is a strength of hers.

As our plans evolved we had to call them to change some of the details at least 3x, and every time they understood and were willing to work with us and our needs. The driver that was assigned to our event was very professional and understanding when, despite our best efforts, everything didn't go off as planned. Not happy with the vehicle or "service" I had received (less quality from what I had reserved) Ken took over and gave me great care, upgrading my vehicle to above what I had reserved and handled all of my concerns. I had to return the vehicle to the west Davenport location and was lied to another three more times. After trying to get resolution and failing, I again went back to the Moline Airpot location and again received great customer satisfaction from two nice ladies, (one a wonderful manager). I will only deal with the airport location from now on. Due to three people who listened, cared and help resolve difficult issues, Budget has retained a customer.

Dirty, worn down rooms, two broken treadmills, the halls smell like pickles marinated in curry and ketchup. I literally almost vomited walking down the hall. Heck half the carpet under our bed was torn out and missing. This place should be hit down by the health department and management should be embarrassed to say they run this place!
