It's tiny, and efficient-- Count me IN! Traveling can be…read moresuch a ridiculous, herding experience! But, this airport makes life simple and satisfying! TSA is a cinch, there are only a few flights and the schedule is well planned! There's really nothing to complain about here-- no muss, no fuss! I'm a fan! (Now, as for Frontier airline itself-- that's another conversation for another day)

If there were negative 5 reviews, Frontier would get it right now. This podunk airport should just…read moreclose. It's suppose to be new. What's the point? All, fly to the regional airport. At least your suitcase would end up where you were traveling to and not back home even after filing a claim with all the right information. I left LAX with a connecting through Denver. Every flight was delayed. My suitcase from Denver did not make it to Mobile, AL. I filled out a claim form and gave them my number, email address, and hotel address. I was informed my suitcase would not arrive until Wed because no other flights were coming from Denver again until Wed. I received no call so I called yesterday (tues) and customer service informed me my suitcase was being shipped back to CA because they had no other shopping information. And my flight is to AL, what do you mean you don't have any information? It's on my reservation! What happened to the claim I filled out at the Mobile Downtown airport?! I called Frontier customer service and the agent Jenelyn Paglinawan gave me the FedEx tracking number to change the address. I called FedEx and they said only the shipper can do that. Then Jenelyn said I should call Mobile Downtown front desk. The front desk told me they couldn't do anything because the bag is in Denver and that I should call Denver. I call Denver and no one picks up. I call customer service again and ask to speak to the manager. It's Jenelyn again. Instead of routing me to a manager as requested she tells me the address has been corrected and my bag should arrive in AL at 10:30am today (wed). I get an incident report via email. 190723-001059 So yesterday (tues night) I go on the FedEx website. My bag is STILL going home to CA by 10:30am not AL where I will be until Friday. Well played Jenelyn, well played. Frontier, what are you going to do about your employees in Mobile, AL Denver and Jenelyn the customer service rep? It's 90 degrees here with 80% humidity. It's Wed and I am still in the clothes I arrived in on Monday. If you can't handle your bags you might as well let us carry on without a fee or allow us to carry on period. It's what I always do until I was forced to fly with you to Mobile, AL. Oh it gets better, the ladies at Frontier at this airport tells me I will be reimbursed up to $100 for feminine toiletries. Um, you lost my suitcase WITH MY CLOTHES IN IT. And now it's getting shipped home where I AM NOT. Comedy Central, I hope you are reading this review. Someone should do a skit on this because it is beyond funny at this point.

I'm not sure if they are aware how cold that it was. I should have brought a blanket. Hell, the bus driver looked exactly like the megabus logo!! I wish I had gotten a selfie.

And now...the rest of the story…read more The "bus stop" for Megabus in Mobile is an abandoned dirt lot. It's unlighted, unsecured, and there's no pay lots anywhere nearby that I could find to leave my car for the weekend. Fortunately, my car was not on blocks when I returned after two days. There are two buses (as of this writing) that go to ATL - one at about noon, another at about midnight. You need to know that you're only allowed one bag (under 50 pounds) and one carry-on, which has to fit under the seat in front of you. The buses are double-decker, which is pretty swank. The bottom floor is "reserved" for those needing extra help, disabled, and the like. The bad part of that is that the bottom floor has tables, the top floor is all airline-style chairs where you won't be able to compute if the person in front of you leans their chair back. There is wi-fi, there are power outlets. The wi-fi is about what you should expect from a moving bus and being shared amongst 50 people. Slow, but not prohibitive necessarily. From Mobile you'll drive 90 minutes to Evergreen, stopping at a Love's truck stop for snacks and the peehole. Then another stop in the parking lot of a Pep Boys for the Montgomery "stop", and off to the final leg - Atlanta. Going, no complaints. Returning, had a scary driver. We drifted a lot and even one time came to a quick stop on the shoulder of the highway (without explanation). On time going, an hour late returning. Everyone on the bus is super nice, so if you want to talk then the time will go by super fast. My ticket was $50 round trip, I definitely can't complain because they got me to and fro without much pain.
