The…read moresecurity area and passport control for international flights is easy to navigate and it goes pretty fast because it's designed for a high volume of travelers. We've flown LATAM on both visits to BA and I just want to work in a special recognition for that airline because they rock! The desk agents are super nice and the airline itself has a great business class product with awesome food! Okay, back to the rest of the airport- I have to also give kudos to the assortment of food options here. There are plenty of quick grab and go options as well as sit-down fare. Once you clear passport control, you emerge into a huge duty-free shop, so if you need to kill some time, they have plenty to things to look at and potentially purchase. You can also find lounge options as well. There's a Star Alliance Lounge as well as an American Express Centurion Lounge, and they're right across the hall from each other. Restroom facilities are also plentiful throughout the airport and well maintained. Overall EZE is a nice airport- it's about as stress-free as international travel can get, and it's clean with plenty of shops and food options to pass the time.

Security was a breeze both times and immigration was easy as well. The domestic side of terminal c has one shop and a small little cafe kiosk with a small selection of drinks. It's not the greatest location for domestic flights because of the lack of shop and food options. However, the international side has a few shops, a McDonald's, Starbucks, two bars, and a few restaurants. There are no souvenir shops (there is one but it's a random shop of books and magnets with company logos on it, nothing about Argentina). Overall, great airport and probably the easiest I've ever flown in and out of.

I'm not sure if that's because we booked premium economy tickets where they were just being kind. :) Our flight was originally scheduled to leave at 16:10 but then the pilots went on strike for a couple of hours. We ended up leaving around.17:45 so not a terrible delay They do the premium economy seating as leaving the middle seat empty of the first three rows so it was nice to have some room to spread out They don't do much service on this flight, but you are handed a packaged sandwich and a cookie and they will give you water, soda or tea. There's no alcohol service. This flight is a little less than two hours and was a smooth ride ADDED- we flew this airline again as we returned back to Buenos Aires and then off to Mendoza. Today's flights however we're on time. We did have to deal with the platform stairs versus a jet bridge so this can definitely be an issue if you are mobility challenged Surprisingly, there is a Priority Pass club at Iguazu airport so on our return flight home, we were able to enjoy a very late breakfast. No hot foods at all. I didn't see a Club business listing so I'm adding it to the airport.

Just one of them, who looks like a crew leader, was respectful and helpful. Another crew leader, young an overweight showed no respect for passengers. It is a shame they work for UA. At the boarding time, it was a caos, the same mediocres agents, most of them young women, showed no capability to organize a boarding act. It looked like caos, no organization, no respect, they didn't know what they were doing!! Passengers were desperate and angry. About ten agents doing nothing about it, it seems they didn't care. Very disappointed UA had so mediocre employees in Buenos Aires!!

Imagine "Lord of the Flies" scenario - everyone for themselves! Terrible, and stressful experience!

My day tour included the round trip ferry to Colonia from Buenos Aires, hop on-hop off bus, walking tour of the historic town, and wine tasting at a local winery that gave 3 tastings and accompanying hors d'oeuvres with each glass. 10/10 recommend. Getting there even 15 minutes before departure is totally fine. The ferries are not glamorous but very clean, has a duty free store, coffee store, and lounge area.

Knowing that, and after reading a tip on Yelp I learned that I should get quotes from the folks in the little hall in between the baggage claiming/customs and the exit. Right when you leave there will be about 5 different stalls with people screaming "shuttle, taxi, transportation to the city" in both Spanish and English. It looks super sketchy but it isn't. Those options are "mostly" cheaper than the ones outside on arrivals and very safe. I choose Transfer Express and unfortunately they only take cash (pesos and dollars) payment. I could exchange some of my reais and come back inside, which was great. The quote was quite high. I paid 450 pesos to a trip to Palermo which is 100 pesos more than a regular cab and about 50 pesos more than my friends paid. However my driver was really nice and friendly, he helped me call the hotel where I was staying and waited with me downstairs until they opened the door. The company also provides transportation services to/from Aeroparque (the other airport that is closer to the city, and other cities in Argentina. You can choose from a range of car models and services, and I bet you can also request a bilingual driver. The fifth star will come when they decide to take cards.

As I declined services from the bad mannered-yelling driver and requested to speak to a manager to express my impression about the service, the manager offered an apology but refused to take any action as he said he did not even know the employee's name (but he knew he was having a bad day as "that driver does not normally behave like that"). Way to start a journey in an international airport when you just arrive in a new country. I will not take this company again.
