We experienced the most unprofessional, rude and nasty service by most of the six United Airlines Agents at the checking point. Just one of them, who looks like a crew leader, was respectful and helpful. Another crew leader, young an overweight showed no respect for passengers. It is a shame they work for UA.
At the boarding time, it was a caos, the same mediocres agents, most of them young women, showed no capability to organize a boarding act. It looked like caos, no organization, no respect, they didn't know what they were doing!! Passengers were desperate and angry. About ten agents doing nothing about it, it seems they didn't care.
