Cool crew, nice people, great family, and courteous employees. Would recommend coming here.

The worst pedicure i have ever had. Sloppy, talked the whole time to her coworker. Wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. Paint all over my toes. Will never go back read more

Love this business! Mimi is personable and professional! Had the new girl, Jeanette do my dip for nails and a pedi today....Awesome! Hope she sticks around! read more

I bet theyre good for other things but NEVER GET ACRYLICS HERE. my acrylic is clumpy, she was lazy, did her own thing on my middle nail and then when i asked her to change it she was rude about it gave me an attitude and everytime i told her i thought something was wrong she brushed it off. i dont hate the nails but i very much regret giving them money read more

Went in for 3 pedicures. Other two people were kind, wonderful and thorough. The woman I got, rude.. Pushy... And incredibly rushed. A $45 pedicure should not take 20 mins. No lotion, not even a quick massage. She completed two pedicures in the time it took another person in my party to get her one pedicure (gel just like me). Didn't catch her name as she didn't introduce herself. Middle aged, hoops, wearing all pink with heels. Had an ear bud in the whole time. Disappointing. read more

This place is a joke! Went here with my girlfriend for pedicures. The woman doing mine was so lazy that she was tapping the top of my nails with the cuticle nippers instead of using them. Like I didn't notice! She went through to motion of filing my nails without filing my nails. It was a joke! $60.00 what a waist of money. read more

Awful - this place makes you bleed so much they keep wiping it - there should never be an open wound in cosmetology when I called they said it was my daughter's fault - I would not bring anyone here ever - disgusting. read more

Definitely my all-time favorite nail salon! The teenage employee, who's the owners child (I'm pretty sure), did a great job with my nails and I'm sooooo satisfied that they were able to do all that work at their young age. Also they're super cute and kind read more

I asked for a regular mani/pedi and both employees pressured that I get a gel mani. I made it very clear that I didn't want to spend the money, and yet she still brought me over to the gel machines. I asked for a regular brown manicure with white flowers and what I ended up with was a pink gel with no flowers. Not very impressed. When I handed her the regular brown nail polish, she got up and grabbed a pink gel and proceeded to paint my nails with it. She basically forced me into a completely different order. I actually did get what I wanted for the pedicure, but instead of handing me flip flops like they did for my friend, I had to walk around the store's carpet and outside with no shoes on. Also customer service was very rushed and unfriendly if you couldn't already tell. If I were you I'd just stay home. read more

My appointment was 10:30 on a Friday and I got seated for a pedicure at 11:15. There were others waiting as well and one walked out. The tech ground off my gel pedi pronto with no discussion of options. There was minimal cuticle attention and I felt I was being rushed through. Many of these reviews are outdated so I decided to add a fresh one. There is a big sign on the door requiring masks and, although the techs were wearing them, many patrons were not and were never asked to do so. The prices are competitive but I want to feel relaxed, which didn't happen. Also, the shop is not handicapped accessible. Sanford has an abundance of nail places and I will be trying another next time. read more

Made an appointment for three mani/pedis, waited for more than 45 minutes, an none of them were done at the same time. It an extremely frustrating experience with poor customer service. The result was an below average manicure and pedicure. Will not be returning. read more

This was okay. I went to get a pedicure and they only had pinky nail colors to choose from! When they cut the cuticles they went a little too far deep. Overall these nails are ok. But they look like it was a "rainy day project" read more

Went here to get my nails done with my friends and it was such an amazing experience. There was some waiting involved, but even so, it was worth the wait. My nails have never looked so perfect and the customer service was spectacular. read more

Went in for a pedicure to test out what other salons have to offer and I wasn't impressed with my feet still feeling like it wasn't throughly scrubbed and clean. read more

Wow - such an unfriendly place!! No one smiles, rushed through everything (mani. and ped.) the owner(?) even forgot to put a top coat on three of my nails and it was just a manicure. Never smailed -or talked -she was very grumpy. lady who did my pedicure was the same -grumpy..would not talk to tell me what to do - just kept using hand signals like i was supposed to know what she wanted. Never even got the foot massage! Too many other very good nail places - don't waste money -find somewhere else. read more

After a not so pleasant experience at another local nail salon I recently tried Ameribeauty. I called around lunch time to book a 5 pm appointment and they were able to fit me in no problem. I waited a few minutes but that was fine because they were very busy. And from start to finish I was happy with the service and my tech was wonderful! Super sweet and she did a great job. I only wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shoutout! Clean, many color choices, and great service. read more

This is for the Sanford, ME location. Excellent service. Extremely nice family! Great color selections- my manicure is actually lasting! We made our appointments for 5 of us a week or more in advance, and since it was the day after Christmas, we were the only ones, helped right away. Definitely a family place. My aunts and cousins go here all the time & never go anywhere else! Thank you! read more

I made appointments for my mom and myself days in advance of my visit back home. I drove two hours to pick up my mom and bring her out to get her nails done. When we arrived the place was packed - good sign. However, regardless of having an appointment or not, you are taken in the order upon which you arrive. Appointments are not recognized and everyone is treated as a walk-in. We were on time but still waited for over a half hour to be seated. Because they were so busy, everything was rushed and it was not the relaxing experience that I had hoped to give my mom. The nail jobs themselves were fine, nothing special. Prices are exactly what I pay in MA. I will seek an alternative nail shop for my next visit. read more

The very nicest people work there and are highly attentive. It's very clean and comfortable. It always lasts - I get a shellac mani every 2 weeks and a pedicure every 4. They also offer waxing and facials, read more

I have been going to Mimi here for over 10 years in and off. I have been to countless other salons and she is still the best!! Great price, easy to talk to, always does anything I ask her to do like cool and crazy designs! Love her so much. I will never go anywhere else. All the girls are great there and her husband too! Make an appointment. read more

So.... I normally don't write reviews but I am very disappointed. I had become a regular at the salon for both pedicures and manicures of all sorts, visiting every other week. Mimi was great, friendly and sweet remembering what I liked and how I liked it each time I went in. However, she had suggested I got a pedicure, I returned and got a pedicure in which was performed by who I believe is her husband. He didn't look at me or speak to me the entire time I was in the pedicure chair. Not only that but a different female employee had given a pedicure, and was beginning another in the same tub and didn't clean the tub between clients! I prayed that wasn't the case for mine as it was already TOO late... I am not much for going barefoot or using public anything, and have found that I recently got a plantar's wart which will now be far more expensive and painful than the pedicure that was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this establishment as watching their practices has led me to believe that it could be MUCH cleaner. read more
