They drilled holes at the bottom of the wall to let air in, but never told me that they wouldn't repair said holes. This is what the First Responder said, verbatim, when I asked her if they'd be fixing the holes. "We prevent microbes from growing. Holes would b (sic) by licensed contractor. They would need to fill holes in with a caulking or something. Thanks Baseboard can go over the caulking I would assume" We paid in full before the job was completed. Maybe that was our mistake.

Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch .
