My brother disregarded my sister's wishes and took everything he could from her estate. Now he is charging my sister's estate $12,500 for his services. Joel D. Cavanaugh, Attorney at Law, is charging $6,500. I am supposed to sign a release that says I will not hold Rickey liable, even if Rickey was negligent or careless in his capacity as Trustee. If you want to make sure your will/trust is followed, my advice is to hire a professional fiduciary and avoid this law firm. This law firm claims to have integrity but I am having a hard time finding it.
