I wasn't home, just my husband at the end, so he'd didn't know what was supposed to be completed. No check off sheet was submitted, even though they have one online. Base boards and bathrooms looked amazing but everything else was subpar. I had to wipe down the blinds, kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets, mop my tile floors, make my beds, and clean out the fridge. All which was listed to be completed when I booked. No one called us or checked in afterward, even though it states on the reviews and websites that they do so. Will not recommend or scheduled another cleaning with this company.

He came out on his scheduled day and taped everything and covered everything that was around the areas. He properly repaired the drywall damage and repainted all my ceilings. I give them credit for completing the job, but I was left with streaks on my glass console table, crumbs still on the floor and kitchen countertop, and rugs that needed to be re-vacuumed by me. This is NOT a professionally run company. Their prices are lower than the other companies in the area, but you get what you pay for. I will not use them again.
