DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more I had to be away and asked to have a deep cleaning done. I showed exactly what I wanted to the owner I came back three or four days after the house was clean..... walked in and it was terrible. See pictures I called the owner and requested my money back She refused, hung up, and after I texted her and she threatened me with police action for harassment Please be aware she said that all of her cleaners use body cameras!!!!! and that they will take me to court to show the videos of them cleaning What a great way to run a business, huh? Don't know what the body camera would show, but my place was not even close to clean Be careful this company brings out litigation on the first phone call of an issue because I guess of the body cameras Totally unprofessional job Never would recommend this company There are so many good Cleaning Services around and I thought Miss Black would be able to provide me some local high-quality service All I got was an attitude on potentially fixing things and no discussion on how to move forward on either giving me my money back or fixing the problem Quite unprofessional wouldn't recommend them at all No offer to return my money at all Please see some sample pictures. I have well over a dozen from dirty oven and vacuumed rugs, baseboards that were not dusted and bar seats that still had streaks from the cleaning solution I specifically asked her to clean behind the bed as well because I could not move it, and it is dusty as anything

One I'll say that I've never hired anyone to help me clean my house, well maybe I've bribed my kids but that's not the point. I recently had a few family members move out and I just couldn't balance life and purging out my house. I responded to an ad online for a 2 hour clean. So who knew you could clean 2 restrooms and 2 bedrooms in 2 hours? It takes me days to purge and deep clean lol. Melissa was on time, super polite and very helpful. I had intended for her to just deep clean one bathroom & spruce up one room. She was fast and asked for more tasks to utilize my full time scheduled. I'll be scheduling her again very soon. Way to go Maids of Jax!

I scheduled a deep clean and 3 people showed up that were scheduled for 5 hours. They only stayed for 3.5 hours. Never did a walk through in the beginning or end. I wasn't home, just my husband at the end, so he'd didn't know what was supposed to be completed. No check off sheet was submitted, even though they have one online. Base boards and bathrooms looked amazing but everything else was subpar. I had to wipe down the blinds, kitchen counters, kitchen cabinets, mop my tile floors, make my beds, and clean out the fridge. All which was listed to be completed when I booked. No one called us or checked in afterward, even though it states on the reviews and websites that they do so. Will not recommend or scheduled another cleaning with this company.

I had to fight the urge to gatekeep Grisel. That's how good she is…read more This was hands down the best deep clean I've ever had. Before she even showed up, she checked in about our allergies and scent preferences. Then she got to work on all the things that are so hard to keep up with day to day: the time-consuming jobs, the slow buildup of dust on top of the cabinets and furniture. Every little detail, handled. And for the price she quoted? Mind-blowing. It felt like Christmas. The best way I can describe it: her clean is like a great haircut that grows out perfectly through every stage. I feel like I got so much of my life back. I have time to be creative and cook beautiful meals again because I'm not bogged down by housework. Book her. (But leave me a spot on her calendar.)

After our old washing machine bit the dust, we found a replacement and scheduled delivery. To my…read moreconsternation, as I was disconnecting the water lines to remove the old washer, I discovered the cold water shutoff valve on the wall had failed and could not be turned off! With the new washer soon to be delivered, the clock was ticking, and I needed a quick solution. Hoping I could dash out to the local big box home hardware stores and find a replacement valve, I was sorely disappointed. This valve was nowhere to be found! An alternative is to open up the wall, cut the pipes and replace the entire box, valves and all. With a new washer on the way, there was no time for that. A quick trip to Dave Turner Plumbing and a chat with their experts yielded a simple, inexpensive, and quick solution - a $10 brass "add-a-stop" valve. THANK YOU DAVE TURNER PLUMBING!!! You helped me solve a sticky problem quickly and easily. Anyone who knows me also knows I hate making plumbing repairs. Dave Turner Plumbing is my first choice for any future plumbing needs!

It was a simple remedy to remove one and install another. My cameras observed repairman walking very slowly, back and forth 4 different times and spending up to 7 minutes at his vehicle each time. What could he possibly need to go back and forth 4 times for and spend so much time at his service truck?? Not to mention the time spent at the faucet in question. He finished at around 1115 and my bill was $52.96 for parts and $270 for labor!! The invoice showed he left his previous job at 0934 and finished mine at 1135. A 30 minute job that he stretched out with driving time to 2 billable hours!! Whew Look Out! Jesse spent almost two weeks prepping the house which was badly needed. Body of the house was sprayed then rolled. He does most of the work himself and takes a great deal of pride in the work. He does have a small crew that comes in when needed.
