I was not given back the money they had charged me the past few months, third they made me an increase in a policy that I never signed, I was not notified by mail either, fourth and last when I went to cancel the policy they refused to give me a support fee for this document. And you know what, you get the same policy for 100 dollars and you were paying 320. I am still waiting for compensation for their abuses. I canceled the policy in three 3 hours from the issuing time. They are holding $88 as non-refundable. It is day 8 and still no credit to my account. I demand my right of full refund since I canceled in a period of three hours due to wrong and misleading information represented to me by their agent. Also, be careful they charge $8 every time they touch your account, (just to use your credit or debit), which means they take your money and they charge you to take it.
