They provided 2 photographers, photo booth with 2 attendants AND a videographer. Photographers: They were able to capture all aspects of the event in a unique way. I had give them little guidance, as they knew what they were doing. They captured everyone and were everywhere. Something I was concerned with given how big the venue was. They were on it and SUPER pleasant to work with! Photo booth: FUN FUN FUN! The quality and variety of all the props and backdrop options was wonderful! Allan's design of the background on the photos were perfect! Aesthetics are extremely important to me when I am planning events and what he produced was perfect! With her seven years of experience, I could tell my newborn was in good hands right away. Her patience and ability to work with newborn babies is truly a talent! Prior to meeting, I had communicated with Michelle on Yelp and inquired her different packages, then signed a contract and paid a $50 deposit. Everything was pretty smooth and easy. The three packages are on her website, either basic, signature, or premium, and we went with the middle package - the signature, which was perfect for us. The middle package had 4 poses, swaddled, family included, and we received 50 photos! Fast forward to photoshoot morning - we followed directions to have baby fed and changed into a diaper by the time of her arrival. My son was 13 days old when she took photos in our home. She came with her props, accessories, and baskets all prepared! Michelle also brought a sound machine that had white noise playing to soothe the baby. She swaddled my son and every photo pose/ setup increased in difficulty but she was really patient and worked with my son who almost was so fussy he'd wake! I enjoyed that she brought different colors for swaddles and blankets and various types of hats for us to choose from. Furthermore, if you're like me and your home is a mess, don't worry! Michelle will make it work and she will decide which room has the best lighting for her photos. She'll need about 5ftx5ft of space at least! Michelle delivered our gallery in a blink of an eye. Literally got an email about images being ready within 3 days of the shoot. I loved every image!! My son had baby acne and dry skin peeling at the time and she let me know that if I chose 10 photos, she would retouch them and she did! Overall my husband and I are loving our photos and highly recommend Michelle. You will NOT be disappointed. I'm so thrilled I have beautiful images of my son captured when he was only two weeks old. To start with, she was very accommodating with our needs, travel time, pricing and just overall flexible around schedule and setting up the shoot. We discussed ideas before the shoot and had numerous message exchange for different poses, styling, hair and makeup. She also drove all the way to Santa Clara for shooting at the spot we picked, which was very generous of her. There are a couple things that are critical for a photoshoot especially one involving a small puppy - comfort, ideas, familiarity and patience. Nupur is exceptional in all these aspects! She also has a great personality which helped us have fun during the shoot instead of 'posing' to get the right angle and expression. My husband is bit camera shy and our small dog is difficult to manage but when we saw the final photographs they were nothing short of magic. We had our pick of 7 amongst the numerous marvelous shots she captured, but she went ahead and provided us few extras which was an awesome gesture. Ted was very responsive and we were able to book an appointment for the following week (we took a day off in the middle of the week). We also decided to do the add on for family and pets. I LOVE that there's an option to include our furry family members! As much as I tried to plan ahead and get to the studio in time that day, my baby decided to fight his nap that morning. He eventually fell asleep.. but way too close to the time we had to leave. I reached out to Ted ASAP to ask if there was flexibility to push the photoshoot back a bit so my baby could take an hour nap so he's less likely to be fussy during the photoshoot. He had another scheduled shoot after ours but was flexible for us to come a bit later than scheduled which I was very grateful for! When we got to the studio, the cake smash background was already set up! The studio was so clean! There was a room for us to change the baby and put all our stuff in - there was also a changing table and diaper pail in there! Ted and his assistant were so great with our dogs and baby! They were patient and knew how to get our baby to laugh and look at the camera. There were a few times where I was ready to give up because handling a baby and two dogs for a photoshoot was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be! Ted was so patient with them and continuing to try his best to take the perfect shot for us. I really appreciated that because there were some amazing photos we would have missed out on if not for Ted! Cleanup was super easy - we brought wipes to wipe our baby down and then took him to the bathroom to do a quick rinse before leaving. I was surprised that we got our proof gallery two days later! The unedited proof gallery pictures were honestly high quality and I would not have known they were unedited if they didn't tell me! We received our edited photos 2 weeks later. I was so happy with the fast turnaround time! I asked Ted if he could fix my hair in the family pictures and he was able to do so for me (thank you!!). I'd absolutely come back for another photoshoot in the future and would highly recommend Tangram!

Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event.

These idiots don't have a contact phone where a real person answers. it takes day's before they respond. what am i supposed to do right in the middle of an event if Photographer doesn't show up and there is nobody to talk to? all brains to get money but none for real service.
