It's amazing how Dawn has stayed the same over the years. She is patient, kind, explains things very well, and is an extraordinary example for both her field and for the organization. As I listen to her with different patients, I'm struck by how each patient is treated with such complete attention and not as if she has said those words thousands of times before. There is never a visit that I don't see Dawn smile or hear her laugh. My husband recently fell and needed surgery on his elbow. When we were in the emergency room I was reminding him of our blessings. Along with several other things, I told him at least we knew where he would be getting physical therapy and he would be seeing Dawn. Carol, at the front desk, keeps the operation running with her organizational skills and dedication. She has her many duties down to a science. Ashley, DPT, brings a wealth of knowledge that she shares in a way that we can understand. She is a wonderful addition to a great team.

I can't emphasize enough how much Josh and Kyle have been instrumental in helping me keep my pain level to a more manageable level. Prior to becoming a patient here, I had tried ten other physical therapists over the span of five years. The level of care at this practice is substantially better than any other physical therapy provider who has worked on me. Josh customizes each treatment and spends a generous amount of time doing hands-on massage, something most other PT offices fail to provide. From the front desk to the PTs and their assistants, everyone is highly competent and fantastic to work with.

With that original call I was immediately scheduled for at least a month, maybe two. When I arrive for my schedule appointments the front line staff checks me in quickly and notifies my therapist. Pretty soon after, my therapist comes to get me and we begin. Zach, is my therapist and I'm very grateful to have him. From the start, Zach was very personable. He makes me feel comfortable and always has a great plan of action. When I started at R2P I could barely drive my car and I definitely couldn't walk up stairs. Now, I can drive my car for hours at a time and I'm almost back to walking up stairs normally. Zach has a very good treatment plan for me. He makes me put in the work but I never over do it. At the beginning of the session I don't think I'm going to make it through but at the end I feel really good and I feel like I accomplished something. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend R2P to anyone trying to get back to regular activities or to any sport.

I can not give a higher recommendation for the work she put forth on behalf of my issue. She explained my treatment and the rationale for it with detail that gave space for my limited knowledge to connect with the path. That element of her engagement, while rare, was deeply valued for a holistic and multidimensional approach. The integrated nature of our bodies warrants this type of thorough approach. Greencastle marked the third physical therapy clinic I visited for the issue. Not to mention two chiropractic practices with courses of treatment. I devotedly followed the prescribed treatment of the others only to enjoy limited and temporary improvement. I left frustrated and feeling undervalued. So the longer drive and effort was necessary and rewarded! So, thanks for the work on my behalf! I feel exceedingly improved as well as educated for a fuller appreciation of body movement and postural habits going forward.

I thought there was no way that I can carry a baby full term with a back in that condition. He diagnosed my long-term problem the first session and came up with a plan from the first session. No time/money wasted! He used dry needles and I could feel the pressure released from my back. That felt like 20 years of pressure released! He also gave me instructions to work on my core and back.
