This bar was around the corner from the apartment I rented and I fell in love immediately. This is the sort of bar where you can take a book, grab a sofa, and nurse a glass of wine to wind down for the night. There's always open seating, the vibe is nice and chill, and the wifi doesn't just work, it's actually pretty fast. The music is loud, but not too loud, and tends more toward Erasure and quirky indie pop more than the same old Katy Perry and Lady Gaga techno mash up crap you usually find being played much too loud at lesser bars. It gets busy on the weekends, but when things got crowded on Saturday and my sofa was crashed by a group of off-duty Barcelona firefighters who decided that I would be drinking with them, I can't say that I was complaining about that.
