Also the A/C was either broken or not working. I couldn't get out of that hot box fast enough. We ended up buying a some ramen but there was no way we were attempting to eat it there. You can get better and cheaper at H-Mart or for a dine in experience I recommend going to the Brea Mall for the K-Ramen store there. That place has seating, A/C and lots of variety.

It has gotten horrible as far as the Customer service is concerned, no hello, how can I help you? They don't even tell you how much something cost anymore because they're so on their phone and in their conversation. All they do is ring you up and hold out their hand waiting for you to give them money, but they don't even tell you how much you have to pay. You have to look for yourself at the total on the register. I find it very disrespectful to do business with someone who can't even look up to greet you when you're making a purchase in their store. I hope that anyone reading this and that has experienced this can testify to what I'm saying. It is one of the worst if not the worst business establishment I have ever seen in Whittier, California and I recommend anyone that needs to stop for something convenient bypass this place and go to some other establishment for whatever you might need. PS they also have a very uncomfortable environment in the parking lot. You have to almost always walk by someone sitting outside the door panhandling for change. As far as that dirty oven on the counter... shop and or eat here at your own risk. If you ever find yourself a little juicy after eating anything out of that thing, that's on you. Not only does it do a great job cleaning my car but the owner goes above and beyond with customer service you just don't see anymore. Once you come out of the car wash you will see a table with cloths, windex and a bin to place your dirty cloths in. Several times I've come early enough to see the owner setting up the table. I was pretty blown away, seeing him, do it with such care, and taking the time to make sure his customers have the finishing touches they need. To the owner, whoever you are, THANK YOU!!!

BE VERY CAREFUL HAVING UPS PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THIS CVS LOCATION…read more I paid UPS an additional $7.99 to have my package delivered to this CVS because it required a signature. I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

He said they got to talking about sugar free products that are sometimes hard to come by (aside from soda)... then the owner made his day... He had SUGAR FREE SLURPEE! We had to try it and we were not disappointed. He only had the Vitamin Water Blueberry Hibiscus flavor in sugar free (but it was delicious). This was the first time my boyfriend got to enjoy a zero sugar slurpee. Thank you to the owner for bringing in/trying out different sugar free products and for your excellent customer service!
