My lashes stared falling out the same day that I left the studio. Had to get them removed after 2 days. No apologies for bad service. During the removal service the removal solution burned the mess out of my eye. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Got a full set in February and joined the membership but the lashes started falling out a week later while I was out of town. When I called to cancel the membership, they told me I had to cancel in-person. So I finally made it there on April 2 to cancel in person and fill out a cancellation form. They told me I would not get charged after May but I had three credits and could get my lashes done with 2 credits. So, I did. Again, lashes started falling out after a week. Now it is June 5 and I am still getting charged the membership fee even after filling out the cancellation forms on April 2. I can't reach anyone at the site to handle the cancellation. The girl tried her best but it was only her second month of doing lashes, wish they had told me this before hand! I don't want to come off as bashing the nice girl who did my lashes, I'm bashing the place that trains them! She told me they train for a week and then throw them into the work force ? A WEEK! I trained longer for serving/ pizza delivery! That's a joke! On top of that they charge more for "master stylist" huh!! Maybe you pay your master stylist MORE?? Not to mention I signed up for a membership and have called 10+ times, sent an email, and left 2 voicemails and still haven't gotten ahold of anyone to cancel the membership and future appointments I had scheduled. The technicians are very kind and great at what they do. However, the front desk person, who is the face of the company and apparently is a manager, is SUPER rude. They do NOT tell you the cancellation policy is by email only. I was getting lashes only for my wedding and when I explained that I wanted my membership cancelled Princess told me 'no problem'...however 3 weeks after my wedding my card was charged for the membership fee. When I called back to speak to someone about requesting a refund and to have my membership cancelled, the same person that helped me on 10/9 spoke to me on the phone and very rudely talked over me, interrupted me, accused me of interrupting her after she continued to initiate the interruptions, and told me she had advised me of the cancellation policy when I was in back in October...which was an outright lie. Had this have been true, I would have stood at the front desk and cancelled my membership right then and there as I am ALWAYS on top of things like this. With my wedding only days away at the time, I knew I needed to request a cancellation at the time of my last appointment so that it wouldn't get overlooked. I would NOT recommend this location specifically because of the way I was treated by the front desk person. She should NOT be in customer service with an attitude like that and the way she treats people. I truly hope management carefully considers who they have as the face of their company. read more

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I have had nothing but a bad experience with this place. 1. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful if there is a problem. I have gotten the blank stare more than a couple times. They seem not to not know what they are doing. 2. My lashes were done on a thursday before I went out of town for a long weekend. I called them on when I retuned on Monday to see if they could redo them and they told me that they have a three day window and there was nothing that they can do about it. Maybe this should be told to clients. I had to go in and pay for a mini refill when I just paid for a refill the week before. 3. I showed up for my appointment after takiing an hour off of work to get there and they told me that I did not have a techician available. No apology. Just the blank stare, 4. I went out of town and went another Amazing Lash in AZ for a refill and they would not do my lashes. They told me that there was extension lashes stuck together along with my own lashes stuck together. Also, some of the extensions weren't glued to my lashes They told me that the only thing they would suggest is to remove all my lashes and come back to get another full set. They just could not add anymore lashes to the mess I already had. I have called the salon several times today and no one answers the phone. I hope they cancel my membership as requested and I the money back that has already been pre-paid for a future appt. read more

The studio was super clean and they have really good practices in place to help keep guests safe during Covid. Everyone was super friendly and my stylist Stephanie did a wonderful job, this was my first time getting lash extensions and I definitely recommend this place if you're nervous! Unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing. Some lash techs are really good, some are really bad. The receptionists don't know what they are doing. They charge you a different amount everytime & overcharge you. They charged me for a package 2+ weeks before i was ready to use it & when i said i wanted a refund they can't give one? Seems like they just want your money. I've also been cancelled on 3+ times minutes before my appointment. Don't recommend at all. There is way better places for WAY cheaper. read more

Decided to try this place out and I'm so happy I did. Very impressed with the final look and I feel vacation ready. Prices were great and I'm thinking about starting the membership... such great prices. I also recommend Madison! The worst costumer service, good concept for a business but terrible execution. The receptionist charged my account and put on a tip that was not authorized. I paid in cash so I pretty much I paid more then double. The cash I paid is nowhere to be found so now I'm having to request the cameras to be looked at. This is just the most recent experience. I've had multiple problems with them. Lash tech not showing up so they call me and cancel the appointment 30 minutes before, proceed to say over the phone that they are going to put a credit on my account for the inconvenience. THEN I get there and they say there's nothing on my profile so pretty much it didn't happen. I ask them to put a note with a manger to listen to the call and nothing happens. I could go on and on I've had one good experience over all. The techs for the most part do a decent job but that's all they have going for them. I recently went and got my lashes done by someone who wasn't my usual girl. I've never been disappointed with the way my lashes looked until this last appointment. Only about half of my lashes on each eye were filled in and now my lashes look spaced out and weird. Usually people can't tell I have extensions until now. Really unfortunate experience. read more

Made my appointment my appointment for 9 am and when I arrived, they said that the tech is running late and had to push my appointment back. It's upsetting because I have another appointment at 11am. They apologized for miscommunication but they didn't have the courtesy to call me. I had to drop my son off at school early too. DO NOT GO HERE. When I called to book the appointment I told them i would need my old lashes removed before having a new set put on because I wanted a different style then last time. The previous lash techs i had Perri and Rei were not available, so i was booked with someone new. At my appointment the new tech told me they only booked me for a full set not a removal so I had to keep my old lashes on which ended up giving me a weird hybrid style I didn't want. My tech didnt introduce herself to me and wasnt very freindly at all. The room was also dirty, the bed had glue and lashes all over it from previous appointments. She didnt offer to put a foam block under my knees like the other techs ive had did, so i was uncomfortable the whole time. Near the end my left eye started burning bad which I told the receptionist, they gave me eye drops which helped a little. Then at the end found out my techs name was kassie. Next day my left eye is swollen and bloodshot. I called to speak to a manager and the assistant manager I spoke to gave a poor apology and said someone would reach out to me about a partial refund, and dismissed my concerns of it possibly being an infection. I've never in years had any type of bad reaction to glue or adhesive and its only my left eye. I have worked in customer service for years and a full refund is more than reasonable considering I wasn't booked for the services I has asked for, the tech wasnt friendly or made any effort to make me comfortable, im not happy with the results as the lashes arent full, even, and are sticking out in all different directions even after brushing them out, and now my eye is possibly infected which i wouldnt doubt since the room looked like a mess. Your calls should be recorded so you can go listen to the call recordings and I have photos of my bloodshot and swollen eye that is continuously getting worse and more painful for proof. I don't want a free removal service, I don't trust your staff to go anywhere near my eyes again, I'll go elsewhere to get them removed and for services from now on, but i do want a full refund because this is ridiculous. Previously I've always been happy with Rei and Perri, but after dealing with this pain and being brushed off by the assistant manager I don't ever want to come back. read more

The lady did a good job and was nice. The lashes that are on look great. But the environment isn't very welcoming or relaxing. It's very sterile. Like I was going to the gyno. Upon closer inspection, it looks like my lashes are just really long in the center and the technician didn't go to the ends or the inside corners. Lashes looked great after my appointment! I loved them but they did not last the 2 weeks that I was told they would. In fact my lashes fell off 4 days after my appointment. When I called them less than 2 weeks later the manager said I would have to pay to fix my one eye that the lashes were falling out on and hung up on me! When investing this much into your lashes I would assume the company would want you to keep coming, unfortunately I will not be going back to this lash studio ever!! read more

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. The lashes look like cheap Walmart versions of real lash extensions. I've been getting my lashes done for 2 years and I decided to try this place DO NOT GO HERE!
