At the end of all of that, they took it upon themselves to add the subscription to my friends account without their knowledge, who has only been to each location once. Everything about it is cheap, but you're paying the price for a "luxury" experience. I've gotten better service, quality, and pricing from any independent lash tech, I suggest everyone spend their hard earned money elsewhere until their standards have changed.
