** UPDATE TO LAST REVIEW WRITTEN ORIGINALLY ON 5/26/22 ** Due to the Business Owner (Chris B.) responding to my Yelp review recently and asking me to contact him directly at the studio to discuss, I did call yesterday and he wasn't available; however, I did speak w/Trisha (Studio Director) and chatted w/her on my May lackluster results. She was very friendly and understanding when I'd explained that all of my lashing appointments w/Amazing (at varying locations) had been very positive, however, obviously something went wrong (glue maybe?) last month as a one-off. I won't disclose specifically what she offered me but it was essentially in good faith and I felt it was more than fair. Needless to say, she was able to schedule me for following day (today, 6/23) at 9am with Sam for a full set (I opted to add on the 6D Volume enhancements also)! Sam was a doll and knows her craft very well. NOTE: She's not "green" in any sense as a Eyelashing Technician; in fact, she helped open the main Phoenix location as a start-up several years ago! Anyhoo, since it was a full set and the 6D volume factor in play, it did take a little longer than it normally would - but... TOTALLY WORTH IT!! I am happy w/her work and great results, folks. I'm so glad that management encouraged me to discuss my last experience candidly and I gave them another chance for redemption (which they now have done!). read more

I have been trying to cancel my membership since last fall. Twice after giving my notice In writing; I let them (my fault) talk me into going on a freeze and think about it longer. My thoughts were, that's good customer service. Now for the third time I have notified them I writing that I want to cancel and I am told o can't cancel while on a freeze. Seriously! So I have to wait till July and they are going to process another month of membership (get more money out of me) and then I can waste my time and come in and give a notice on their letterhead. I really dont know what happened but this location has been steadily decreasing with their customer service. I booked an appt over a month ago for today and then I get a call to reschedule for 630pm now I get a call to let me know that they won't be able to give me a full set as scheduled since the stylist won't be able to do the full 2 hours that it takes to complete but I will only get an hour and a half. Asked if I would be getting a discount because of this inconvenience and they said NO!! Wow and no openings for tomorrow either fantastic as im going out of town in sunday so with that being said i wouldn't waste your time or money with this location as apparently they dont care about their customers so I am canceling my membership with them and will find a company that sticks to their appointments and values their customers!! read more

I went in to get the mega Phil and my lashes were sparse and hideous. I canceled my membership the very next day five months later I'm dealing with over $1000 in charges for Lashes. I've never received and they're claiming that they lost my cancellation. They will not cancel my membership and continue to charge me until I can produce the cancellation slip. I already gave them. They said they sent me another one or I have to go down there, but they will not refund my money. They don't care about the customer. They only care about this stupid program they have which is by the way a horrible program there's many other places nearby that you can go to and get your lashes done for much better. Madison, a master stylist, did my classic, full set lash extensions. I wasn't sure what to expect or how I would like them, but I decided to give it a try. I originally wanted hybrids and volume but Madison said I have so many lathers that just doing a classic look would get me the look I'm wanting. She was completely right! Horrible retention. I went and got my lashes done here on 5/3/2023 and was not happy with the results. I went back on 5/4/2023 and had them touched up, which they did free of charge and is why I'm giving them two stars. I followed all of their instructions, slept on my back, didn't get them wet for 48 hours, didn't wear makeup or get sweaty, and still had a ton of fallout. When I washed them on 5/6/2023, I had even more fallout. And just the lash extension is falling out without my natural eyelash attached, which means that it's not my eyelash's natural cycle of falling out but rather the extensions were not glued on properly. Every one that has fallen out has been just the extension. A'diana at the desk was incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get done and my lash tech laurel was amazing. I got a full set of brand new lashes this past Sunday. I made sure they didn't get wet or sweat and followed all the recommendations t for 48 full hours. I went to Disneyland on Tuesday. I lost a large clump and created a gap on my left eye my first day of my vacation. I had one of their "master" lash techs do my lashes at a premium. It wasn't worth it. I have not had good retention despite not running my eyes, using oils, keeping them clean with their lash soap. I don't sleep on my face or anything else. I will never get lashes done again. Horrible waste of money for half of them to have fallen out by day 4. I feel like I wasted $150. I might as well have flushed it down the toilet. They were way too long on the inner corner as well. My lashes look horrible and I'm so upset. Edit: The manager called me back and was able to refund me and make it right. read more

If you're going to go here, just know it's your typical chain and they're money hungry. Every little thing is an up-charge and the extra money for a "master stylist" is a joke. I had never gone anywhere else before, for my lashes so at first I didn't have anyone or anything to compare to. My retention was AWFUL. It didn't matter who did my lashes either. I'd look like I needed a fill within a week. I always walked out every time with burning-red eyes which would last a few days. This is an update. I love this location but I recommend using on of their special techs that are supposed to have better experience. Glue got in my eye and they are all crimped and sticking to my lid. They will not move from this position. They have slightly dropped but I'm unhappy with the results. My bottom lashes had gotten "curled" and dyed even tho I didn't ask for that. I have engagement photos but decided to reschedule bc of how bad they looked at the start. I'm now washing them and doing everything I can to get them back to normal. read more

I went in for a lash lift and tint. The studio was clean and staff was professional. Unfortunately, this service was a complete waste of money. After following all of the recommended pre and post procedure instructions, my lashes look no different than they did when I walked in. I would have rather just spent the money on extensions. Unless you have had this done before and it was successful, I do not recommend doing a lash lift and tint. Edited to add: The comments stated by the vendor are false. Not only did they not do anything to make it right, they didn't even attempt to contact me. I had nothing bad to say about the studio itself; however, if providing false statements that they resolved a situation is their attempt at making things good, I question their integrity. DON'T BUY THE PAID IN FULL PLAN! I was a faithful customer before Covid lockdown. I bought the paid in full plan. Last fill was 3/19/20 right before lockdown. Well, like many, 2020 hit us hard. Just an FYI when you go to cancel a subscription. I was told I could cancel at any time, but there are several steps that need to be taken in order to do so and I was not told this on the phone when I canceled. I called to cancel over the phone and was told the information would be sent to their main office for cancellation. A month went by and noticed anther charge on my card for services I thought I had canceled. Once again I called and was now told I needed to give a 30 day notice and to fill out a written form. The person I spoke with when I first canceled, failed to give me this information. I definitely gave the 30 day notice but they would not cancel until I filled out the cancellation form. They did go back to check their phone records. Strange they couldn't find my cancellation phone call but found two others that I call to schedule appointments to use the credits I had coming. They were unwilling to take responsibility that an error was made by the person that took my cancellation phone call. They were very quick to send the form to me once I complained. If this is what I needed to do to begin with, why didn't the person I spoke with originally send the form to me?? I would have even made an in person appearance to sign a form. read more

Today I went in for a lash lift and tint. This was my first time receiving this particular service. I have seen friends and family with this done and it looks gorgeous. I went in today, and had an appointment with a master, upon arrival they said I would be seeing someone else that the master recommend. I spoke briefly with the tech I told her I had never done this before, she asked if I had questions, I did ask a few and then I layed down and we started. I tried to talk to the tech but she was very short with me and it was just awkward and uncomfortable. I have been here before with another tech and the experience was fantastic. Today however not even good, the Tech didn't explain anything as she was working, she never told me what she was doing it was just silent. She seemed to have issues getting the bar to stick and tried several times, eventually she started to work on my lashes again not explaining anything and not even saying a word. I made a comment about the product smelling like the hair salon and she mumbled something about it being a chemical. My right eye lid at the base where the skin and lash meet was tingling most of the process, I had this prickly feeling like when you dye your hair. I didn't say anything because I just thought it's a chemical so it must be normal. She never asked if I was ok or anything until the very end, once she asked I said my eye is tingling and she just goes OHHHH does it hurt and I said no it doesn't hurt it just tingles and again nothing more. Once she was completed I looked in the mirror and noticed there were some dark spots and tint on my skin. I asked her if the darker spots would come off and she said I don't know what your asking me, so I repeated myself again and she said well I think you had a piece of an eye lash extension on there but I don't even know which eye it was on. She was just extremely dismissive and like she didnt want to be bothered, so I just said ok and walked out. I went to the front to pay, I did tip her $10 because she did a service for me. I left and started to look at them closer in the car mirror. I noticed I had glue all over my lid from the bar, my lids had tint on my skin, and my lashes were bent and twisted in all directions and my lashes were supposed to look like a had mascara on but they definitely did not. I sat in my car looking at them and using a wipe to get the glue off my lids for a while, finally I decided to go back in and say something because I was just extremely disappointed and they looked awful. When I went back in the 2 ladies from check out where still there, I explained to them and had them look at my lashes, I showed them how twisted they were and I said I never got them done like this before but I have family and friend's and I have seen pictures and this is just not right. They said they were sorry and that a manager would call me, she also said because of the chemicals used they couldn't do anything to fix them at this moment in time. I said I understood and asked so the manager will call me right and she said yes and it is now 9:20pm and no call. I am extremely disappointed in this experience today as a whole. read more

I came back in after my appt to ask for help mitigating the terrible look of my brows & tint stuck in glue all over the tops of my brows on my forehead. I asked them to call the store manager. I emailed a picture to the store contact email So you'd know I wasn't exaggerating. When I expressed concern before leaving my appointment, the 'Master stylist' Sarah explained I could try to dampen a q-tip at home to get it cleaned up myself, rather than fixing how terrible it looked. I was supposed to attend a gathering at the arrowhead country club, which I shared to Sarah, and had to cancel. There was ZERO apology. ZERO accountability. ZERO offer of retribution. I was told I'd be contacted. I sent a photo of my brow to the receptionist so she could show the manager. No one has reached out to me. I've waited patiently, and unfortunately not only is this location sending clients out the door that have expressed dissatisfaction and that honestly look terrible, they aren't owning up to make it right afterward. That's a lose-lose formula, and now my reviews on all the applicable sites will reflect that, along with a photo of the botched job. My embarrassing brows are bad enough to deal with. But the apathy and utter lack of accountability and care on behalf of the stylist Sarah, the receptionist and the manager are a huge liability. Do not make the same mistake I did. read more

The particular tech I had my first time took an excessively long time but it's not the case with most other techs at that salon. The girl I had was new, so this was understandable. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year now. My experience here is always 5 stars. Jenna does an amazing job on my lashes. They're always full and beautiful. You also have to remember that it's your responsibility of the aftercare of your lashes. That's what helps them stay beautiful. Jenna is super sweet and listens to your wants/ needs and fulfills them. She's super gentle (to the point where I'm napping halfway through my appointment). I haven't personally met the owner yet, but it sounds like she treats her staff well. And she also keeps up with the CDC safety guidelines, so I always feel confident when getting my lashes done. Friendly staff, clean location. However I believe most of the Technicians are lacking experience. I've been there four times and use different techs each time ( hoping to find someone good there & giving them a fair chance) I have never been satisfied my lashes always fall out Immediately after I have them done. They will offer you a courtesy 30 minutes to return to their location and they will fill them again. However for any busy woman this is not a courtesy rather a nuisance, that takes up too much time. I personally get lashes to save time in the morning this is definitely not the case if I have to keep returning and those lashes did not stay either. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am in the industry and have never had this problem before aside from using inexperienced techs practicing their craft using me for their models. However I'm paying $109.99 monthly plus $25 for lashes at each Appointment and tipping I would expect better results. my only advice would be go a few times and make sure you like it before signing up for their membership. I feel like you kind of get suckered in to buying the membership immediately because of the steep discount however in the end it's definitely not worth it. They will not refund you if you are unhappy for credits $ou have not used. If you land the perfect lash tech it's a Good concept and decent price. However right now I feel like you have better chance finding a needle in a haystack. Update; 10/2/19 owner called me and scheduled me with the highest level tech. This was the first time I was aware they had different level techs with more experience for a small fee $10 additional up-charge. Also she mentioned they would change the type of glue they were using on me. Totally worth it because my lashes have now stayed on, in fact I am on day two and have not had one fall out. This is the quality I've expected and happy to now have. My only disappointment now is it took Writing a 1 Star review in order to get the attention & service I should have got from first appointment not 4-5 appointments in when I clearly was having problems with retention. read more

With these lashes I wake up just about ready to go! A quick wash, BBC cream with SPF and a bit of blusher. Perhaps some eyeshadow on date night...and lip gloss. I have had some spits and starts with adhesive issues. Margie, the owner at this facility has bent over backwards to work with me though. We've tried different adhesives and she's suggested different technicians as well as some products that seem to be working! If you are worried about NOT wanting to sport the Kardashian look as I was, rest assured there are more natural looking options. I highly recommend this particular location, contrary to negative reports, the customer service here is above board.
