Did all that the I was told my appointment was at another time, no it's for today I was told maybe you called and booked a different location. Came here for a full set and was highly unsatisfied with the result. This is partly due to the fact that my usual tech in Houston didn't update my notes (since I was a regular) so the my usual look wasn't communicated accurately to the first tech who did my lashes. Even so, the lashes I received started falling off after a few days. I came in 3 days later for a touch up (which was much better) but was surprised when my lashes weren't covered under the guarantee. I had an appointment with Amazing Lash Studio on Saturday. I had a full set of lashes put on. The very same night I lost quite a few lashes. By Wednesday I had lost most of my eyelashes. They looked crazy! I had to remove them. I spent $179.99. They were very push about becoming a member. Because of that I joined. Listen to the reviews and do NOT go to this place. I wanted eyelashes for a vacation and was excited to get a last minute appointment. I spoke to the technician and asked for NATURAL just a little longer and thicker then my own. When the technician had finished, I looked in the mirror and was truly shocked. I looked like a clown, thick black eyelashes (she used clusters of 3) and they reached to my brow bone. On top of that there were gaps and not even. I thought it was a joke and was truly speechless. I asked for them to be trimmed and the sides taken off in the hopes that it would be better. She did that but they still looked ridiculous, I have never been in this situation before and just wanted to get out of there. My kids and husband laughed at how terrible they looked, like a child had put them on. Then later that night i found eyelash glue in my hair, not sure if this was an accident or she did it on purpose as I'd complained. Anyway i decided to remove the eyelashes that night, as i couldn't looked at myself with them on. That's when i saw the technician had cut my real eyelashes at the side instead of dissolving the glue. I reached out and left a message and someone called me back. I missed their call and called them but i have not been able to speak to someone about this. The technician should find a different career as this is not well suited to her. I will start off and say the girl who did this service was nice but she knew when she saw my eyes after she said she was done 30 minutes later when I requested volume fill. 30 minutes?? They look classic. I'm extremely disappointed in this place. 1st no one told me I had to be member. 2nd no on etold me I would be charged twice- once for lash refill 89.99 and second $35 for volume. This makes me laugh, she spent 30 minutes on me there's no way that is volume. I was also told I had to wash my own lashes unless I wanted to pay additional $5. This is terrible customer service. Terrible product and time ratio for way too expensive. I just so happened to be visiting in between my lash girl because she was on vacation and I'm about to be. My lady's place is much better than this with quality and time. They spend and hour and 15 minutes on their customers for better prices than this and much better lashes. I'm not from the area just needed a quick refill, I was able to book two days before she asked me over the phone if I wanted to try the volume I said sure, and I requested a master which she said one was available, the day of the appointment I arrived, did the necessary paperwork but the technician or master there didn't introduce herself or anything and took me back and just asked if I wanted the regular on my file which is the "sexy" and I said yes, anywho this session was super quick and I could not tell there was any refill that was done, she also didn't seem to want to be there...Also, one of my lower eye lid hair was stuck to my upper eye lid I had to ask the technician to cut it before leaving the room, real attention to detail...and I had to pay the 79 refill fee which they could have just pulled my payment earlier, I would definitely not return. The quality was not up to par other studios facilities are a lot better. Sorry I didn't get the technician name I just wanted to run out of there. Please don't open a monthly subscription with this company. Their business practices should be illegal. Initially I was somewhat pleased but as time went on my lashes fell out within a few days. I was very cautious on the cleaning products I used ie used all of thier makeup removal items etc. I chose to cancel my account with them but all they did was "froze" the account. The girl who did my lashes made one eye more full than the other and left a big chunk at the end of my eye empty. I had asked if it could be fixed but they stylist said it looked fine. Within the first few days, the individual lash extensions started falling out. I called after i noticed a significant amount had gone after 4 days after my appointment to ask if it was normal and they said if I had called earlier I could have gotten a touch up but since it was past 3 days after my appointment I'd have to pay for a mini refill. PROS: Booked at this location for a refill cuz I was in town, usually I use the ALS's in Houston. Since this is a new location they're really flexible with scheduling and have a bunch of availabilities. I accidentally overslept my appointment (sorry!!) but they were super understanding and rescheduled me for the next opening without penalty. They do have master stylists here, and the master I got, Emily, had super gentle hands. I fell asleep twice during the session and I think this is the first time my eyes didn't burn from the glue (my eyes water whenever glue gets too close, but that happens). CONS: The only con I had was during my checkout experience. The $45.99 refill price + $15 volume lash add on + $10 master fee should have been perfectly covered by two of the monthly draft credits I never used, with whatever left over going to tip. The receptionist was very adamant and would only let me use one even though the locations in Houston have been letting me use both somehow (or some other experienced retail tactic that definitely existed). She could have at least called a manager if there seemed to be some sort of discrepancy or other solutions she might not have known about. I mainly felt super uncomfortable the only solution she did offer was $10 off the total IF I sat down in front of her and wrote a review. Their current special is $10 off for writing a Yelp review, but I felt incredibly awkward sitting there in the waiting room rushing a few fake-happy sentences just so I could get an amount-I-technically-already-paid-for off of another amount-I-technically-already-paid-for. If you had a great time then the incentive would have been no big deal! $10 off woohoo! But seeing as my experience was not so great, being forced to write a review as my only solution did not make me feel any better. TIPS: If you decide to try out this location, which hopefully you won't run into an issue like mine, you can park in the garage connected to the shops and get your parking ticket validated. There is curb side parking up front but it's very limited. My refill came out well but keep in mind I did request a master which is an extra $10 for refills, $20 for full sets. I do recommend volume lashes, they make a huge difference. And remember you have up to 3 days after your appointment to go back in for the stylist to fix anything wrong with your lashes. read more

I've been getting my eyelashes done for almost 3 years now at a multitude of salons and I've never had an issue with them until I got them done here. I had my appointment about 3 weeks ago and my lashes were very uncomfortable and itchy. My right eyelid was swelling up a bit. I called to let them know that I was very displeased with my eyelashes and wanted to cancel my membership and was told I was not allowed to, despite not having signed any acknowledgment or agreement stipulating this, and that I had to continue paying 60 bucks monthly. The staff were borderline uncaring and basically told me that I was out of luck and that they would not assist me in any way. The girls working the front desk always have an attitude and will tell you information other than policy on the phone so when you come in to check out you end up paying way more than you expected. Do yourself a favor and find a freelance lash artist in the area they are always much cheaper and more high quality than this dump. Don't get me wrong all the women who applied my lashes were sweet but the lashes only ever lasted a week before being noticeably patchy and sparse. It's a waste of time to get the subscription, they'll tell you it's your fault that the eyelashes do t last even if you own ever single one of their products and use them as instructed. Management Cassandra of course had not made any attempt, clearly showing her lack of customer service and management experience. And somehow there's a message below my previous review about how someone "will be in contact" or would be "happy to make me another appointment." This confirms my original experience here. This specific location lacks integrity and professionalism. Management clearly does not know how to treat new customers or maintain customer satisfaction. They simply write generic messages stating they will "attempt" to help customers without putting their words into action. Previous review: Absolute lack of customer service. I got lost coming to the location for the first time and so while I was on my way, I had called more than 5 times for help finding the location. No one answered. Then, when I arrived to the location Cassandra (the "manager") told me she wouldn't be able to accommodate my appointment because I was 10 minutes late. Fuming I explained that I had just driven from Plano and had called prior to my appointment for help finding the location. She offered me to try the Alliance location, however they were fully booked. Meanwhile, another stylists was standing there saying I could try that location, there's no such thing as a senior stylist and that she had been doing it for more than two years.. So while there are three of you are standing there, you are telling me that there are no stylists available, and that you were so busy you had to put people on hold? I find that absolutely laughable! When I asked Cassandra what my options are, she said I could try other locations but she can't honor my appointment. So not only was my appointment not rescheduled or OFFERED to me, they refused to honor my appointment. No apology was made, no tangible resolution was given. I spoke to Megan at corporate and will be expecting a call back. I've never had any problems at the las colinas location, clearly different store owners and management makes a huge difference because I've just about seen the worst of customer service here. I went to Amazing Lash Studio in Ft. Worth in late October 2021. Within 24 hours my lashes we almost all gone. Before my monthly membership was charged to my card, I called to cancel and the assistant manager Emily rudely informed me that I could not and that I could get them redone. Emily informed me that they had been having issues with the glue due to the change in the weather. How has 3 more hours to let them do a piss poor job. I was not interested in a redo from this company. I actually scheduled a new set with a different studio. We had a spirited discussion about the refund and I told her I would dispute charge With my bank. Fast forward: the place has charged my card two more times. I called today and Nicole confirmed that she could see in the notes that I called to cancel in November and doesn't t know why the cancellation was not processed. Madeline, "The Manger" called back. I explained what happened and she stated that the cancellation was not processed because I hung up. I told her that I had called requesting a cancellation and a refund. I was denied a refund and informed them I would take the refund issue up with my bank. There is no way the CANCELLATION shouldn't not have been processed. The initial conversation was over once I understood that the business would not refund. All they needed to do was cancel the membership and I would take up the refund with my bank. After debating with Madeline for 15 minutes she finally refunded the January charge, but refuses to refund the December charge even though she can see I called to cancel in November . She keeps mentioning a credit. I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICES FROM AMAZING LASH STUDIO. I ONLY WANT MY MONEY. Emily didn't not process the cancellation because she didn't want to. Even if she couldn't refund the money for the first month, there's no reasob for her to not process my cancellation request. In following up with my original post the new manager Tessa responded immediately to my concern, calling the collections agency herself to correct the mix up. When I called the collections agency they told me that my "debt" had already been taken care of and removed from my account. I'm rewriting this review because Tessa was AWESOME. I called the west 7th store about every single letter I got to correct this mistake and every time I got the same answer "That is definitely a mistake, you don't owe anything just ignore the letter. It was sent in error." I received a final notice letter back in July and called again and they gave me the exact same answer. Nothing was resolved and I was told to ignore it. Now I have a letter from a collections agency about the $249.95 after assuring me on the phone they would not be sending any info to a collections agency. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Since December they have been giving me conflicting info about cancelling my account to only find out they have been still pulling my monthly payment. I've been in contact with the manager and upper management and they have been useless. They try to act like they care about the issue and that they will follow up to you realizing that they have never gotten back to you. There only response for not appropriately cancelling my account is sorry just dispute it with the credit card company. I will never do business with this company every again. read more
