Fernando was extremely friendly and professional on our initial phone call, and kept great communication with me as we worked out the details of his visit. As we walked around my property, he was great at explaining what was needed, and how it would be taken care of. Our yard was in need of a lot of work - it had never been edged, or properly weeded in the last 3 years. There were also overgrown shrubs and small trees surrounding the property. Fernando quoted me an extremely reasonable price. After seeing the work Fernando and his employee performed, I was beyond speechless. It was like I had a whole new house/yard. Absolutely amazing. They are extremely hard workers and perform beautiful work. Having them do this work for me has freed up so much of my time to focus on other things in my day-to-day life. Best money I have ever spent. I will continue to work with Fernando and his team for my yard needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

The trees are between our houses, and the disease affects my trees. The rotting lemons are not good for anyone. They wouldn't even call the owners to tell them they should do that because it's good for the trees. They really need it. Hey they could have made more money by showing they know about trees. A good landscaper would have known about the disease. They also left the side of the tree they did trim on our side full and hanging over. So there tree looks real stupid. Every other company that has been hired to trim those trees for the last 35 years has done those things. The guy wasn't a very good spokesperson for there company I hope he wasn't the owner.

Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. I wanted grass put in and good quality grass!I recalled the awesome job they did at the rental, and hoped they had still been a business. Sure enough they are still a business which in my eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I will be using this company going forward with any future services needed.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR…read more I called this contractor to schedule a job to install patio pavers. He explained that he would not make an appointment over the phone. Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.

This project was completed late summer, and now that we're entering the rainy season I can tell you that their work is holding up incredibly well, with the rain running off of the pavers to keep the patio relatively dry. And the lights they installed on the patio make for an awesome evening feature that we'll be sure to use during all seasons for many years to come. I'm really happy with Pro Lawn's work and glad I could share my experience with others!

It had rained a lot and they came to mow. Well, you know what happened. Because of the rain, their mower was too heavy and left deep marks in our brand new lawn. We called when the weather was dry. He finally came out but we had just mowed and they couldn't see how the ride on the mower was not smooth. When y husband went over the spots that sank when they mowed, it was like going over pot holes. Every time we called, we were promised they would call because they do the schedule on Fri.
