But Aristelle really shines with their kind sales folks. I just came in here needing to be measured because I had absolutely no idea what size I am. You don't need a res- you can walk right in, and they have a few dressing rooms in the back they lead you to. Megan helped me- and I was nervous and embarrassed, but she put me at ease totally. She told me she has been doing these fittings for ten years, so nothing was weird to her! We tried a few different sizes and bras, and I asked if we could possibly go up one size from what she'd measured- which I know sounds rude- but it ended up actually working super well and I went with this one! It's PRICEY. This lil bra was $131. BUT- I do think you pay for the experience too. Megan was professional, didn't feel "fake customer service nice" to me, and I really appreciated that she let me try a size up from initial measurements. Check out is a little awkward when you don't know if you're totally done with your sales girl or not- I walked out and went to the register and was like, should I be connecting with Megan instead? lol- but I think this awkwardness is simply due to my lack of experience with shopping for fancyass personal items such as this. They wrap your bra in tissue and give you a little care card, and it's all very classy, so you don't feel AS bad dropping such mega cash. It's a once every few years splurge, for sure. But I'm so glad Portland has this option. Being able to be measured in a comforting, relaxing, nonjudgmental environment really makes for a positive and fancy TREAT YOSELF.

I went to the shop to purchase a cartridge and I was told that the cartridge would work best if I purchase their battery. I went ahead and purchased it since you can never have too many. However after using it this thing is junk. Way too complicated when it comes to the settings, it's clunky and non-discrete like other batteries, the cartridge falls out unless you make sure that it's connected to the magnet, and most importantly the draw is crap. it's like sucking cement through a straw. I tried one of my other batteries and it works great with the cartridge. Perfect draw and zero complaints there. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do for me so buyer beware!

Driving down the road with my peppermint mocha in hand, we first drove past Eileen's. Thankfully, we both decided that we needed to turn around. We always stop for the weird. The skeletons and other lawn decorations definitely got our attention. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a nautical and Christmas themed room, followed by a vintage room filled with knickknacks from the floor to the ceiling. Another small room was a combination of genres and the front room was a mix of more fun & holiday items. When I learned that the young lady that we had been gabbing with was Eileen, the owner, neither my mom or I could believe it. A former teacher turned antique store owner, a woman who followed her heart. I wish her the very best and hope that if you're in the Arundel area that you will pay her a visit.

They have a large selection of beer and wine along with basic foodstuffs and household items, but the best feature of Joe's IMO was the deli counter.... I actually went back several times during my two days in Portland because the sandwiches were so good. Great place... I'd be a regular if I lived in Portland.
