I had purchased a pair of Born low cut boots over 10 years ago and sadly they needed to go to shoe heaven-but could not take the leap. We'll Step Outside had the same shoe only a newer model. She even gave me 25% off as it was their last pair. They are so comfortable. There was literally something for everyone in here - men, women, kids, even pets. The selection of items was masterfully curated and included everything from clothing and shoes to books and kitchenware. I definitely see myself heading here next time I need a special gift for someone. (Or even for my own darned self!) The prices were, of course, a little higher due to the La Conner/tourist factor, but the quality of the items was high as well.

The person who helped us was 5th generation in this shoe business family & he was so kind and knew tons about shoe biomechanics. He found exactly what I needed to be comfortable and avoid shin splints while training. They also had tons of wide selections in store--no need to wait & have them order them like most shops.
