You are unable to contact them by telephone to report a problem, they just ask you to leave a message which they ignore. If you are concerned about security in your home then please do not have any dealing with Preferred Security. I have had a fault with my system for over a week and have failed to contact anyone and this is not the first time this has happened. On reading some of the other reviews I see I am not alone in my concerns. I am now going to cancel my Direct Debit, perhaps that will encourage the firm to contact me. This company is obviously acting in an unethical way. I intend reporting them to the Office of Fair Trade.
