They kept telling me they required a phone number to create an account for me and to make the return which is not true. I purchased the items without an account or giving them my phone number. The manager and cashier bullied me for approximately 10 minutes and even asked me to give them a family members phone number. The cashier handed me the Ulta bag I returned to her with my receipt saying they would NOT do a return or exchange. These employees violated Ulta's corporate return policy and customer privacy policy. I will be seeking further assistance with this issue.

They said there was "nothing they can do." We asked for them to look at cameras-- they said they couldn't see anything clearly. We asked them to count their inventory-- which they said they'd do, but after hours of waiting, they said there was just too many for them to count... In addition, the manager was rude to my husband. Not sure if she was the store manager or pharmacy manager, but either way, we went about the situation kindly and patiently & received no resolution. So, if you're planning on filling a painkiller prescription with them, just know there's a chance one of the employees might take some of your medication. (Not related: If you are military or use the military's insurance, TriCare, avoid Walgreens at all costs as they don't honor it.)

I also never can quite help myself and I end up picking up a bottle or two of nail polish. They have a really great assortment of colours. The prices here are really great and it also doesn't hurt that my daughter is a cosmetologist so we always get that great discount they give because that's her profession. This Sally's is located next to an Office Depot, so there's a very large parking lot and it's never very crowded. No matter the time of day, there's never trouble finding parking. It's also very well lit at night.
