We originally were supposed to travel w/10 families, but 6 cancelled due to the cartel leader being unalived over a month ago. We almost cancelled our trip due to the travel advisory and friends and family advising us not to go for safety reasonings. We had no issues on our trip and even travelled into town to do some glass shopping. Anyhow, I chose this company based off the good reviews and we wanted a trust worthy transportation company during this uncertainty. First off, I'm so glad I saved the pic of the directions on how to find them after baggage claim. Since it was our time in PV I didn't know what to expect at the airport. I can tell you that the shark tank with of scammers that don't work Vallarta will "pretend" they work for the company and will ask you for your name and try to mislead you that they are Vallarta transfers in the airport area where you see all the signs. I remember to meet with the people in the airport but my hubby and I almost fell for it cause they literally let us know that they were looking for us and worked for Vallarta transfers. Has actually called they said before you exit the airport. I can't believe we does. It seem so truthful. Read this! Do not talk to anyone in the airport for this company. They will say they work for the company and they don't and they will sign you up with a separate ticket. Those are scammers and should get arrested for this.!! I yelled at them to leave us alone! They are great liars and con-artists!! Ignore and BEWARE !! Exit airport and walk to left and cross the cross walk where you see the yellow stripes on side walk... you will than see a tall blue flag with "Vallarta Transfers" and a sign with your name. It was very nice to hear that we were at the right spot. That day was so crowded because it was a holiday weekend. And our driver had to wait an extra hour for us. Anyhow, it was very nice and relieved to see the right company and it was nice to be drinking a coronarita on the way to the resort. All the staff was very friendly and talkative. One person name that stood out was "Christopher". I remembered his name because my brother's name and he was very helpful giving us suggestions and telling us about the town. anyhow, the airport is 15 minutes from "Dreams" if anyone wants to know. We ended up doing the one-way pay instead of the round-trip pay. I guess we could've saved 30 bucks if we would've booked Uber XL on the way to the airport. We are promised that we would get beer on the way to the airport when we returned, please see the photo of the receipt. Then they emailed me and said sorry, we only do beer when we welcome you at the airport, but not when we drive you back on your departure. So that is why I give the four star review because in the email invoice they indicated they would give us beers both ways but it wasn't true.. It was $60-65 one way w/o tip. What I should've done was book Uber XL from resort to airport as it was giving me quotes for $17-23 one way without tip. We just had a ton of luggage that is why we booked it both ways. Ended up taking a Uber to town mid trip. It cost us $7 each way. We didn't have a bad experience. I Hope this review Will help you out on your next adventure. Yes we would use it again for one way only if we had less luggage. If You're traveling with no kids and less luggage and I would say go for the UberXL you will save money.

The restaurants were all amazing. Apparently this was a small town but over the years, more and more tourists have come to check it out and believe me, it didn't disappoint! Add this to your bucket list if you're ever in PV, Mexico! It's about a 50 min uber from PV but worth it! Safe enough to travel alone or with friends. Highly recommend. It wasn't what I expected at all. I had pictured a bohemian, quaint beach town, but I did not think it would be as bustling, busy, crowded, and packed as it was. I was disappointed and won't be going back. The scenery was pretty, but the rest of the place was just so crowded. Parking is at a premium, and you WILL have to pay to park if you bring a car. Lots of locals and tourists drive golf carts around and there's limited parking for them, too. It's a mess and is far from relaxing. There was a massive traffic jam through the town too, which was stressful. Beware of many parking scams too. You will be approached by lots of locals trying to sell you parking. Don't roll down the window, and don't follow them to their "special lot." It will likely be a ripoff tourist price, so only park where there are clearly posted rates. Prices are higher here for everything, especially considering it's Mexico. Do not come to Sayulita looking for bargains on food or shopping. In fact, many of the stores sell mass-produced junk that looks like it came from China. There are some small local artisan places, but you have to search for them. Be aware that you will be charged for EVERYTHING: beach chairs, to use the restroom, even toilet paper! It seems like the main draw here is surfing. The waves aren't that impressive, but the beaches have a laid back surfer vibe. Again, they were absolutely packed when I visited. Sayulita isn't a quiet coastal paradise, but I guess it's worth visiting. I'd recommend a day trip, I wouldn't want to spend time here over staying in Puerto Vallarta.

He double-checked our information, reminded us to pay the amount in cash, and offered us bottled water. Then, he directed us over to the side of the road where our driver would meet us. Alvaro was the one who picked us up and drove us over to Punta de Mita which is about 45 minutes away. He was friendly and told us about the surrounding area, like the new Vidanta World that is being built in Puerto Vallarta. He asked if we wanted to stop for some great seafood, there was no extra cost to make a little stop before we got to our destination. So we said sure, and he brought us to Bucerias and we ate at a nice restaurant where he said they go out to get fresh oysters. The oysters were huge! We enjoyed the meal and he sat with us and he told us some stories. The view was nice since it was sunset time. Afterwards, we went on our way again and he brought us to our hotel. He was super nice and friendly! Our ride back to the airport after a few days of vacation was also pleasant. Our driver was someone else and he was also professional and friendly.

There are few times that I am able to write a GLOWING review of a business from start to finish…read more When I first booked this transportation, I was excited about the fact that we could get private transportation from the airport, in a large vehicle and picked up on the grounds of the airport. My fantasy became a bit of a nightmare when my flight was changed/delayed and I was unable to get in contact with the Discover in a timely fashion. Once we landed, I saw that there were multiple missed calls and messages from the service. I thought for sure that they would not be able to pick us up. Contrary to my worst nightmare, they were still able to complete the pickup AND we were still able to make our Walmart stop. This was a huge relief and our driver Marco made us feel calm after a nerve-racking couple of hours on plane and the thought that we would be stranded at the airport. Upon return to the airport, we had a very tight pickup window because of my work Zoom call that I could not miss. Marco was our return driver as well and he was right on time and whisked us off to the airport without issue. We tipped him for his outstanding service and he even took a pic with us for our memories and this review. I wholeheartedly recommend them and if you do need to make changes because of flights, (unlike me) try to reach out ASAP so they are able to accommodate your transfer. We were 8 ppl total (4 were kids ranging from 1-5years old) so I rented a private van. I had requested 3 car seats since my oldest can sit in an actual seat if needed. Pickup at Airport to Hotel: We were greeted with a sign at pickup. Three diff folks in Airgo uniform was helping us with our luggage. When we got to the private van, I saw that car seats weren't loaded. We asked & they quickly went to go get some. However the seatbelt for my infant car seat wouldn't tighten. My daughters car seat wouldn't buckle. We were not impressed with the experience. Pickup at Hotel to Airport: After the first experience, I emailed specifically mentioning that I need 3 working car seats. Of course, private van showed up with one car seat only. I was so disappointed! The ride is a 20 min ride and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I would not recommend this car transportation company.

It was a miserable ride.  We could not hear our driver with all the noise in the back. The description of the tour made it sound like we would have more time than 20 minutes to explore downtown Puerto Vallarta.  The only places we had more time was where YOU wanted us to spend our money (jewelry store, tequila tasting, and Eden).  Today was a waste of $300 dollars!  It was a very disappointing day.

The Fat Cat has room for about 120 people but we had about 40 which was perfect for people to be able to walk around, get a drink with no line, and have some breathing room. I thought it would just be something like breakfast pastries, open bar, lunch, and everyone can get in the water, but the experience was so much more than that. Getting on board, my wife & I got on board last and everyone already had a drink to toast to us, we saw whales in the first 30 minutes up close, got a detailed explanation of whales and their communication patterns, and throughout the whole trip the crew had spontaneous activities that are better left to be discovered as a surprise. The Crew made the trip! They had so much energy, enthusiasm, and attentiveness to everyone on board. Everyone had a drink pretty much at all times, and we had a solid hour plus in the water. Food was great and if you're celebrating something other than a wedding, I'm sure the crew will sprinkle in more fitting activities to go with the event in mind. Can't recommend this place enough (worth every peso)
