Prior to working with them, I was familiar with them as they have ads in Victoria Gardens among various other places in the Inland Empire, and I always thought to myself that it was impressive how they are able to make such a bold claim that they are among the top 1% of realtors worldwide. It's no secret that the real estate market is very competitive, so for them to be able to say they are ranked among the top 1%, truly speaks volumes as to their level of commitment and experience in this field. After working with them, I can now understand why they are in the top 1%, after having first hand experience. We've had the opportunity to work closely with Esmeralda, Sandra, and Ricardo closely in the process, and all of them have been nothing short of amazing and excellent. They have exceeded all of our expectations and answered any questions we had along the way. The process was flawless, and their team is extremely disciplined and on top of things, so that you as the customer can be rest assured. Today's market for buying homes is competitive, the Acevedo Team knows exactly what to do to help structure your offer in a way that is likely to get the seller to accept your offer. On the buying side you can be assured that they have your back representing you as the buyer, and will fight for your offer to get accepted by the seller. Not only did they get our offer accepted but they assisted in a quick and seamless transaction so that we were moved in as quickly as possible. What's even better, is that when you choose to buy or sell with the Acevedo Team, you are not only getting access to your agent, but to the ENTIRE team. This is a huge value-add, as you basically have hundreds of years of combined industry experience available at your fingertips. The team leaders (Ricardo and Sandra) are extremely involved and active within their organization and work closely with their agents/staff to accomplish positive results as a team, what's awesome is that they are always willing to communicate and work with customers even if you are not working directly with them. Their office is located in Rancho Cucamonga right outside of Victoria Gardens. They have their own dedicated office (which is quite large) and their own entrance next to the Century 21 building, so this is not some small team that simply shares office space. They have an actual team of experienced people who are making things happen. There is no situation too complex for them as they have done everything you can possibly imagine already in the real estate world. We enjoyed working with the The Acevedo Team on the buying side so much that in about a week from now we will actually be selling another property of ours with the Acevedo Team - soon, I'll be able to update this review in greater depth with our experience on the selling side of things. So far, their team was helpful in answering our questions, and they came up with an excellent game plan to get the home listed on the market. They asked us the right questions and researched the area in depth to ensure that the home is going to speak to the right buyer. I am confident that with their detailed approach combined with their expertise, the home will sell in no time. I would also like to point out that I have personally bought and sold numerous homes in the Inland Empire over the years with other realtors / firms and can confidently say that no one has matched the level of service and expertise that The Acevedo Team provides. Going forward for real estate related transactions, we will certainly be using them exclusively going forward. Thank you again to Ricardo, Sandra, Esmeralda and the rest of the Acevedo Team for a smooth transaction and excellent experience.

We had an incredible experience during the sale of our home because he listened & understood our goals. He went over the home selling process with us, recommended a great painter and next thing you know we were on the market. 1st weekend- 37 showings, and by Tuesday we had 14 offers, three quarters of them over asking price. David researched each offer before presenting to us and explained all the buyer qualifications. We ended up selling our property in less than the usual 45 days. Everything went super smoothly with no hiccups. He is a positive person, has good energy and does the job efficiently. What is not to like about that?

He is very prompt with responding to emails/texts/calls and always made sure that my questions were answered, and it was very much appreciated. He always showed up to meetings on time (if not a little early) and always had a great attitude. I think his recommendations on what to fix (and not fix) before putting the house on the market struck a good balance, as well as the use of staging and good photographer really helped make the house really shine. The house received multiple offers, and we were able to sell it for more than list price. He also had some really good suggestions when negotiating with multiple offers, since I had no idea what I was doing. The entire process was painless and made so much easier by David's experience and preparation. It seemed like he was always one step ahead of the game! I'm very grateful for all of his help, I couldn't have done it without him!

Lisa helped us buy our home in California 11 years ago, and I honestly didn't expect much else from her once we got the keys based on previous experiences with other realtors. However, with Lisa, that was just the beginning. Over the years she's stayed in touch, celebrated milestones with our family, and continued to show us that we were more than just another transaction. Whether it was baseball tickets, dropping off thoughtful gifts at the house, or surprising our kids with the Kona Ice truck one blazing hot summer day, Lisa has always found ways to make us feel appreciated. She did all of that without ever expecting anything in return or knowing that there might be another transaction in the future. That's rare, and it says a lot about the kind of person she is. When life took us in a different direction and we had to sell our home before moving out of state, there wasn't even a conversation about who we were going to call. We knew we wanted Lisa in our corner. Selling a home from halfway across the country could have been one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through. Instead, Lisa took care of everything she possibly could, handled every detail that didn't require us to be there in person, kept us informed from start to finish, and made the entire process feel manageable. She got our home under contract and to closing faster than we ever expected, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly easy. The thing that sets Lisa apart isn't just her knowledge of real estate. It's the way she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She treats her clients like friends, follows through on what she says, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even offered to interview potential realtors in our new location to help us pick the right one! If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Lisa DiNoto highly enough. You'll have an experienced realtor guiding you every step of the way, but more importantly, you'll have someone who truly cares about you and your family. Looking back over the last 11 years, I can honestly say choosing Lisa was one of the best decisions we made.

Whether it was representing a double ended negotiation and bringing in one of her team members to represent the other side, referrals for work prior to listings, and in general going above and beyond on all fronts. My exhausting phone calls with multiple questions and ideas were always welcomed, I was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of her time. She always took my call or returned it within minutes and walked us through every step of the way and assured us that the final outcome would be a sale we would be happy with. Lisa is one of the rare individuals that are exceptional at her craft she is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market, this reflects on the final outcome. Specific marketing strategies along the line of social media, mailings, and personal calls to area agents, when both sales were not near her local area. These strategies demonstrate that she will do what needs to be done to make her clients comfortable ad happy. Lisa went out of her way driving roughly and hour each way many times to our last sale, only to ensure things were perfect for showings or whatever was needed. Topping the pool off blowing the leaves off driveways porches and so much more. She takes a position of ownership that gives you a feel of its own. When trusting an agent with what is usually the most important and expensive transaction of your life it's a pleasure to see a non-biased perspective. When Lisa would recommend to not lower our price or holding firm on negotiating, this would be questionable for any agent when they have a stake or compensation pending. She displayed an accountable moral compass directing us to what would be best for us and our situation. This is something that exceeds any other realtor or agent from our perspective. Lisa truly is an expert in aspect, and we appreciated her so much for all she did for us we know we will be working with her again in the near future. I Strongly recommend Lisa and her team if you are looking to buy or sell a home! If I could give her more than five stars we would.
