There were a handful of different shops, like a Boba tea spot and a Shop called Normal, which is like a dollar tree with a maze set up. Like any mall, the goal is shop therapy. There are many shops in the mall for all your needs. Malls in Europe usually have a grocery shop and a store that acts as a one stop shop for household needs. Malls in Europe seem more practical than their counterparts in the states.

I found great souvenirs but I also found that they offer home furnishings and groceries as well. Every store I visited, everyone spoke English amd were extremely friendly. I made several purchases. I can say that the prices were more than reasonable and staff were very good at helping you save on purchases with store offers. While Feilds offered several dining venues, I chose to eat at McDonalds. I have had my share of McDonald's over the decades but I will say, the quarter pounder with truffle sauce/cheese and truffle fries, hands down, the best McDonald's burger I have ever had. If you do not want to hit all of the tourist/souvenir shops through out the city, Fields has what you need and more.

I stayed at Bella Sky Marriot about a 10-12 min walk through new apt homes. Nice walk.. you can also take the tram. I had to look for an inexpensive coat because i accidently left mine back in LA. This remind me more of a middle class mall in the USA where you would find mall anchor stores like Macys. There is H&M, Zara and other GAPish like stores for everyday seasonal wear. More local folks here than tourists. Which is great. Cool food court upstairs. Tons of burger places (i didnt fly 12 hrs for a burger so i passed.. theres Indian, Vietnamese, Italian foods. I ate at South Indian. Good experience. Great place to come if you forgot key things for your trip. There is also a wallgreens-ish type of store to buy toothpaste, shampoo, hairspray etc.

Located in Hyllie, access is easy as the mall is right next to the train station. You have 3 levels with a deck on the upper level with some nice views. An abundant variety of retail stores/services (about 220) with a couple of grocery stores (ICA & Willys) and Systembolaget (liquor store). The food court & restaurants are ok with a good variety including Vapiano to Jensen's Bofhus, Joe & the Juice, Thai, Vietnamese, Burgers, sushi and cafes. They have a parking garage as well a roof garden. Decorations are quite nice during the holidays with a huge tree. Currently working on expanding even further. Shop til you drop!

One warning: Don't go to Emporia on the first day of sales season…read more Otherwise, this place is pretty decent shopping mall and far more interesting than Fields, that once bragged the biggest mall in Scandinavia. Emporia has plenty of shops, some of them have their duplicates in Denmark, some don't and those are my favourite - since I have to cross the bridge all the way from Denmark to Sweden to visit this place, so I won't be visiting TGR (Why do they abbreviate Tiger?) or Illums Bolighus for that matter. Mostly I visit Emporia for three reasons: L'occitane (somehow, this is the only place where I found the 500ml shampoo bottle/refill), hardware shop Clas Ohlson (this shop is just freaking awesome, and of course a shop this awesome can't be found anywhere in Copenhagen *thumbs down*) and ICA supermarket (why are Danish supermarkets such downer compared to ICA?) You better make your trip worth it and we always do and go back to our residential land with loads of heavy shopping bags that make our hands hurt. Maximize your shopping, that is!

It seems the new 3rd floor is mostly dedicated to stores that only rich people can go in. I might be wrong, but they look so expensive I don't dare to go in. There's just too many clothing stores to be honest. No mall needs a billion clothing stores. There's 1 bookstore and as far as I remember 2 electronics/entertainment stores, which are pretty much the only stores I go in to. There's however also a very big Føtex, which is super nice, and right in front of that there's an escalator leading down to the metro, which is pretty great. But to be quite honest, this isn't really the mall for me. If you love clothing and don't care about 'Den danske hygge', this might be the mall for you.

I intentionally planned my 2 days in Denmark around this area, with my hotel and the sites I wanted to visit within walking distance. The current station building opened in 1911, with a major overhaul in 1980 including elevators, escalators and a new station concourse. It has 7 platforms and 13 tracks, making it the largest train station in Denmark. With 100,000 travelers per day, it is the second busiest in the country. Getting to it from the airport required taking the M2 line, transferring at Kongens Nytorv to the either the M3 or M4 line to get here. The journey took a little over 30 minutes, and the trains were relatively crowded on both the inbound and outbound. The cost was (30,00 DKK - $4.69 USD converted) for the one way. There are no gates of any sort, and I didn't see any security doing ticket checks. Read on-line that fines could be substantial. Since the trains to the airport run so frequently, didn't have a chance to admire/partake of the station. On my next longer visit, will linger a bit more.

It has all the well-known shops including Very Moda, Intersport, Stadium, Imerco, Inspiration, H&M, Føtex, Fætter BR, Panduro, Hunkemøller, Matas etc. There's also special shops for wine and cheese. There's always a lot of activities during the holidays and it's completely decorated during Christmas time. Lots of parking spaces in the basement and the mall isn't completely crowded. Some people find it hard to find their way around but it's actually quite easy - a large square in the middle and four smaller squares located outsides the corners of the big square.

It's not so big, and it has a nice atmosphere. There's a bunch of cafes and restaurants to choose from, and from experience, they're pretty great. There's obviously an abundance of clothing stores, that's not really my thing as I think I've said before, but if you enjoy clothing, you'll enjoy this mall. This mall also has a gamestop, an Arnold Busck and a Fona. Those are mainly the three stores I go into - but they also have a pet shop! And yes, you can go in and look at all the cute and fluffy animals without buying any of them. They won't be mad ;). I've never run into any trouble with any of the stores in the mall, and the mall is always very clean and as said before, has such a nice atmosphere. It's a mall. But for a mall, it sure is great.

In Jersey, you tell a shoe sales person. You can't spend more than $280, they upsell you to $350. But in Denmark, my Angel-faced empathy salesperson found shoes on sale for $100 and they were worth more. I would have kissed her on the nose I was so happy but I bet there are laws against that ! They call this a mall. And I guess in the broadest definition of the word, that's correct. As in,…read morethis is a collection of shops in common, shared area. It's really more of a mini-mall, and even that's generous. The whole place is pretty dismal, and not very inviting. And the collection of shops is your usual high street brands: H&M, a sporting goods chain, a men's clothes chain, a women's clothes chain, a Matas, and so on. If you live in the area, it's pretty convenient to have these shops in your neighbourhood, and it has one of the city's few large hardware stores, which is pretty much my only reason for coming here.
