There were a handful of different shops, like a Boba tea spot and a Shop called Normal, which is like a dollar tree with a maze set up. Like any mall, the goal is shop therapy. There are many shops in the mall for all your needs. Malls in Europe usually have a grocery shop and a store that acts as a one stop shop for household needs. Malls in Europe seem more practical than their counterparts in the states.

It seems the new 3rd floor is mostly dedicated to stores that only rich people can go in. I might be wrong, but they look so expensive I don't dare to go in. There's just too many clothing stores to be honest. No mall needs a billion clothing stores. There's 1 bookstore and as far as I remember 2 electronics/entertainment stores, which are pretty much the only stores I go in to. There's however also a very big Føtex, which is super nice, and right in front of that there's an escalator leading down to the metro, which is pretty great. But to be quite honest, this isn't really the mall for me. If you love clothing and don't care about 'Den danske hygge', this might be the mall for you.

I intentionally planned my 2 days in Denmark around this area, with my hotel and the sites I wanted to visit within walking distance. The current station building opened in 1911, with a major overhaul in 1980 including elevators, escalators and a new station concourse. It has 7 platforms and 13 tracks, making it the largest train station in Denmark. With 100,000 travelers per day, it is the second busiest in the country. Getting to it from the airport required taking the M2 line, transferring at Kongens Nytorv to the either the M3 or M4 line to get here. The journey took a little over 30 minutes, and the trains were relatively crowded on both the inbound and outbound. The cost was (30,00 DKK - $4.69 USD converted) for the one way. There are no gates of any sort, and I didn't see any security doing ticket checks. Read on-line that fines could be substantial. Since the trains to the airport run so frequently, didn't have a chance to admire/partake of the station. On my next longer visit, will linger a bit more.

They call this a mall. And I guess in the broadest definition of the word, that's correct. As in,…read morethis is a collection of shops in common, shared area. It's really more of a mini-mall, and even that's generous. The whole place is pretty dismal, and not very inviting. And the collection of shops is your usual high street brands: H&M, a sporting goods chain, a men's clothes chain, a women's clothes chain, a Matas, and so on. If you live in the area, it's pretty convenient to have these shops in your neighbourhood, and it has one of the city's few large hardware stores, which is pretty much my only reason for coming here.
