Access is 24 hrs. which is nice, but the mail box next to mine was damaged like someone had tried to break into it. I wasn't sure when my lease was up, and they just kept my mail service going uninterrupted, they never notified me in any way. About 3 weeks after my lease had expired, I got a very short rude phone call from them asking for the keys back??? They asked for me, then asked for their keys back and then hung up??? It was very strange. I am mailing the keys back to them, but notification would have been nice. Take note management.

I'll start with my DMV experience at this office. I have had special service license plates on my…read morelast three vehicles. The dealers are unable to switch them over to a new vehicle so it necessitates a trip to either AAA or DMV. Well, the last two times I traded vehicles, I went to AAA and had them reassign my special service plates to my new vehicle. I went there recently to do the same thing. They told me this time that they were not able to do so and I would have to go to DMV. They told me they have never had that ability. The lady who had previously made the adjustment was sitting right there at the counter. I told her, "You did it last time." She just shook her head and said they have never done that. So, one more trip up the hill to DMV. Now as far as roadside assistance goes, forget it. I had a dead battery on my former vehicle a few months ago about 15 miles from home. I called AAA and after negotiating their automated phone tree for at least 6 minutes, I was referred to a website to enter my vehicle and member info. I could not talk to a person no matter how hard I tried. So, I went to the website. I was asked to enter my vehicle license number. I have special service plates as noted above. It kept telling me my license plate was invalid. I tried at least a half dozen times and received the same response. I just gave up. Luckily my wife was home that day and I had her come out and bring me our booster box to jump my truck. What happens if I'm stranded on the freeway somewhere a hundred miles from home? AAA road service is not what it used to be. I am going to look for alternatives.
