Most other doctors have never even heard of it. He always returns calls promptly. Always on time for your appointments. His physicals are thorough and he meets with you when finished to discuss his findings. I could go on but the fact that I've been his patient for so many years shows my confidence in him. I have always found the office staff to be attentive and very friendly. They know your name when you arrive and always ask about your family.

Previous to this place, I used to have Chestnut Hill Family Practice as my primary. I was never happy with CHFP between the long waits and poor communication. Finally when I moved to Wayne back in the day I switch to this place, so I could have a more convenient provider. Best move I ever made! Unlike other providers, they have you get your blood work done before your yearly physical. This way your doctor has your results in hand when he conducts your physical and he can focus on any concerns the blood work may have revealed. Other places (like CHFP and where my wife currently goes) will do your blood work after your exam, and then you never hear from them. I like the way the doctor takes his time with me here. I love the short wait times too. It takes me 25 minutes to drive there from Chestnut Hill, but it's worth it. I remember waiting much longer than that, multiple times, at CHFP to receive inferior care. I highly recommend this place. Oh, another benefit with heading out there is parking is easy.

Every doctor seemed to disregard my experience because I didn't "look" like I was struggling with my intake, and waved off any symptoms as "just anxiety." The treatment program I discharged from suggested Penn Med (particularly this practice) for an informed provider, and I am so glad I called and waited for an opening. Not only has Dr. Rezk been the first doctor to monitor me appropriately and (kindly) challenge my eating disorder, but she has compassionately listened to my concerns and facilitated a safe environment for me. She answers questions and patiently explains procedures/results. I'm 25 and already devastated that I'll age out of her care in a few years!! All of the staff I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful. I can always find an open appointment time, even the night before! I hear positive reviews from friends who see other doctors here, as well. We finally went ahead and did a scalp biopsy after all the steroids and creams didn't work. I had followed up at the 12 day mark no results. Then again today and finally thought I would hear back. Taylor called me at 11:58, I missed the call as I was with a patient at work. I called back two minutes later and was told by a patient coordinator she'd call me back. I hear nothing all day until I finally call at 4:16 pm to follow up. The patient coordinator says Taylor tried to call at 3:15 which is a lie. There is no call or voicemail notification on my phone. Then the patient coordinator tells me she can't bother any of the providers and I'm out of luck until someone calls me tomorrow. Absolutely terrible patient care. My provider is great but this practice is awful.
